In our case we use it to sleep after going to Phantasialand. The location is very good, it took us about 15 minutes to get there from the amusement park. Very attentive staff. The rooms were clean. The only thing we didn't like was that we had to leave a deposit for cleaning since we had to comply with certain rules of cleanliness and order before leaving the apartment. Even so, when we left, the person in charge of the apartments looked at it and returned the deposit to us at the moment before we left.

Nice and comfortable hotel room, not very big but good enough. Hostess was very friendly and the rooms were clean. There is another plus point with a delicious ice cream shop close by.

Booked via Booking, the price was adjusted downwards on site because one traveler didn't come with us, but there was a dog with him. That was very nice and all by itself.The apartment is super clean, everything that needs to be done upon departure can be easily read on the check sheet.Overall, the landlady seems quite picky, including the way the description is written on Booking, which, I must emphasize, can be viewed as very positive. Because I wouldn't want my guests to leave a mess behind either. The deposit paid is therefore justified.Overall, a very positive impression, the only thing that could be criticized was the construction site on the street, which caused too much confusion upon arrival, but the landlady can't do anything about that. A note before arrival would have been nice, but everything worked out so well.

Very good apartment. The attentive hostess. Ideal for going to Phantasialand, 3 minutes walk from two supermarkets and restaurants. Free parking and quiet place. We would repeat again.

We were received very kindly. The rooms are large and very neat. There are restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Can only recommend it, it was perfectly fine.

We (3) came here for Phantasialand and all I can say is:An absolute recommendation! Location is great (8km from Brühl) and the room was great.The only drawback would be that the beds are not to my taste, they would definitely be more comfortable for others. Otherwise I can't complain: fridge, microwave, 2 hotplates and of course a sink. There is also a kettle and coffee machine.Rewe, Aldi and co. They can be reached within 2 minutes by car and there are also delicious food options nearby.I would like to mention here again that there was a SmartTV (with HDMI ports) as well as WiFi in our room. I would describe this as very child-friendly.Definitely worth booking if you plan to drive to Phantasialand but want to stay overnight.

The accommodation is great! We were looking for somewhere cheap to sleep in Cologne for a week and found this accommodation. The housekeeper was super nice and the apartment itself is also great. Enough space for everything up to three people and very good WiFi except for the forecourt. Full kitchen equipment is available, even with a microwave. The only thing missing was a dishwasher.The disadvantages, however, were the shower, where it was a matter of luck whether it stayed warm, got hot or shocked you, the television that used DVBT-2 without a subscription (= no private channels) and that there was no coffee table.I still give the apartment 5 stars because you have everything you need and the distance to the bus, Aldi, Brühl or Cologne wasn't really long. If you take an hour you can walk from here through a beautiful forest to Phantasialand.

Booked apartment via Booking.The description says private overnight stays 2G, business trips 3G.After booking, only 2G was insisted on, even on business trips.See statement about WhatsApp:"I am a very small company with 5 apartments. I live there with my family and therefore only want to have vaccinated or recovered people with us. As the owners, we can decide for ourselves whether we want to accept 3G or not.That's why we decided on 2G for all of our guests.If you don't have 2G proof, then I can't let you in."
