I stayed here for 9 nights during euro 2024 as part of cycling to every England game. I turned up with a tent and no reservation and I was accommodated well.The best bit about this site is the stunning location and the abundance of wildlife.Facilities are extremely clean and the on site restaurant has extremely nice food and cold beer

Very beautiful and peaceful camping site by the lake. The tent area is directly in front of the lake. There are tables and benches you can use. The toilet facilities are clean, but you have to pay for the warm water. There are many ducks walking all over the place

Camped in tent for 2 nights with my 3 kids. The staff were helpful in finding a suitable place for my electric hook-up (necessary for fridge). Check in/out smooth and staff speak good English and were quick. Extreme heat 35 degrees. Walked to Phantasialand about 5km each way. A great day out but pretty exhausted afterwards. Downsides was the tent camp meadow on woodchips. Grass would be nicer. Also the showers I found quite expensive at 25c / minute. I feel like camping in a tent is already quite expensive for what it is. The showers should be included. But I get that they have to make a living.

Beautiful camping site with extraordinary views to the lake. Facilities were clean and well maintained. We were able to set up our tent right in front of the lake. And because of that, we have to park our car in the car park so it was a little inconvenience. But the views compensate everything and the staff were very nice too. I tried my best to speak German and he tried his best to speak English.

Beautiful camping ground. Toilet facilities very clean and well kept. Check in and check out went smooth and fast. There's also a restaurant right next to the camping, which makes the stay here even better. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Lovely site right on a lake. Lake beautiful for swimming and paddle boarding. If you have a tent you can pitch right on the lake shore. On site restaurant fantastic. Both for food and the friendliest of staff. Facilities absolutely spotless. I highly recommend and will be returning.

The view is nice the water is great but we had the feeling that the staffs are not that welcoming to the non Germans (might have been due to miss communication)! Also you cannot grill here.

I just happened to pass by with a friend. Weather was surprisingly good the announced rain didn't come. We felt like having a beer or two so decided on entering. There was some kind of event going on, barely managed to find places. There was live music that we found too loud. The place isn't cheap either a glass of beer (2.25dl) cost over 4 euros. For a camping restaurant I find it a bit steep.Didn't stay long.
