Checking in on the computer takes a lot of getting used to.Telephone support needs to be friendlier!Even or especially when you have to call in the middle of the night. After all, the hotel is called 24/7.Our room was very large, as was the bathroom. The trash can was emptied daily while the beds were never made during our 3 night stay. The floor was only very superficially mopped.Gastronomic offer: none! For breakfast you go to the bakery opposite, but this is not possible on Sundays.Information from the hotel about breakfast options, especially on weekends, would be very helpful!

The hotel is located close to Leer's beautiful city center. One star deducted because the mattresses (one has the feeling) were sagging. Anyone who has back problems should avoid it.No elevator available for the first floorOtherwise excellentTV, with WiFi and coffee in the morning is available. If you want to have breakfast, you can eat right on the corner on the opposite side and it tastes great.

I've been debating for a long time whether I should write something here because I'm torn as to whether it's actually the 80s or just when we visited.||1. Location and accessibility is good. …

Difficult/unreachable during Gallimarkt. Checking in with two rooms in one booking is a bit complicated.Rooms were clean and quiet.

Price/performance absolutely fine. Free parking directly in front of the door. The old town and harbor are easily accessible on foot. The responsible employee is easy to reach and friendly if something happens. Rooms completely adequate and timely. Gladly again.

A very good central location (you can quickly get to the old town and pedestrian zone) and in a quiet area. The self-check-in is done via a machine and is really self-explanatory. The room card comes out automatically and the room number. is displayed. I had a superior single room and at 14 square meters it is a good size. It is on the 1st floor and is the last room at the end of the long hallway with a view of the inner courtyard. The bed was approx. 100 x 180cm, the mattress is very soft (could be firmer) and there were 2 pillow sizes to choose from, which were too thickly filled for me personally. Rooms and bathrooms modernly furnished and very clean. Further equipment: there is a table with a comfortable chair, kettle, 1 cup, 1 teaspoon and instant coffee as well as sugar, TV on the wall, in the bathroom there is also a hairdryer and towels. The hallway and stairwell are very clean and the lighting is via motion detectors (each lamp turns on individually when you get close). There is a bakery nearby, right at the intersection, a 2-minute walk away. There are free parking spaces in front of the hotel and through the garage (can be opened with a room card) you can access the inner courtyard, where there is also a bicycle shed (also opened with a room card). I'd love to come back.

Very nice hotel with good service despite the late time right next to a bakery and right next to it at Gallimarkt times

functional, clean, central.Small but nice, the rooms are not for people with claustrophobia, but if you are looking for clean and well-kept accommodation to sleep in, you are in good hands here, self-checkin is easy via a large display in the entrance area, bakery with a delicious breakfast right on the next corner and open from 6 a.m. in front There are plenty of parking spaces at the property, the old town with its pedestrian zone and the harbor are within easy walking distance.Disliked: · mattresses too soft. I also often hit my head on the sloping roof. I'm also wondering how the booking designation "superior single room" came about? In room 17, the sink drain is broken (this was also mentioned in a previous review), the plug cannot be locked, and the toothbrush cup is not available.

The check-in was good and self-explanatory using the modern machine. Had a single room which was small but good. You can't judge the service here since it's a 24/7 hotel. However, the mattress was so soft. What went wrong with the choice of mattresses?

It's a shame, because the hotel could simply be much better. Booking and self-check-in work well, but the cost advantages of saved personnel costs (no reception, no kitchen, breakfast cannot be booked) are not reflected in the room prices. The bathroom is ultra-modern, but has hardly any shelves (and you have to bring your own toothbrush cup). Finally, the mattresses are far too soft, which I'm sure it's not just my back that hates it.
