Wow, what a great mansion with a lot of attention to detail.For visitors who want to see the Meyer Werft, this is an ideal starting point, which is also within walking distance, which is a great experience for me, and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in the history of its origins up to the present day and the further development of this type of ship.And at the end, have a great dinner with very friendly staff in a feel-good villa.And the good spirit of the senior citizen who keeps an eye on everything ;-)VG. We were invited to a wedding reception. It was incredibly beautiful. The best thing we've done so far.Food, drink and the ambience are great.Very quick service and a boss who also gave a great welcome speech.

We came as a bicycle passer-by for a cup of coffee, and found a wedding. Although the restaurant was actually closed due to the wedding, we were still served kindly. An attractive place for such an occasion. We cannot judge the other accommodation, but the atmosphere was pleasant.

Very nice atmosphere in the house and also outside in the garden.Very nice and lovely staff, the food tasted perfect, I was thrilled, thank you very much for that.A quiet area just right for relaxation from stressful everyday life. I can definitely recommend this hotel, I felt comfortable there, that's how it has to be.Greetings from Bavaria

We chose Guthalte as the starting point for a 3-day trip to East Frisia. It's all alone on the Ems dike - if you climb the dike, you have a great view over to the Meyer Werft. In the evening light you can take atmospheric pictures of the cruise giants under construction. A rather sad sight at the moment. The guest house is very stylishly furnished on the ground floor ("manor house"), the guest rooms are on the 1st floor. Our room was spacious and very clean. In terms of equipment, it certainly corresponded to the 3 star standard. We would have liked a little more of a feel-good atmosphere. We missed the fridge/minibar (but drinks are available next door in the restaurant/reception); the television only had a few programs and a poor picture.The breakfast was good and rich. All wishes were promptly fulfilled.The restaurant next door is definitely recommended. Despite its remote location, it was well attended - we quickly realized why: the quality of the cuisine is excellent; the service as well.

Well celebrated. Mr. Gahren and his team gave us an unforgettable celebration. From the first contact we experienced an absolutely professional and friendly boss. The celebration was perfectly planned and carried out. The food was absolutely top class.
