We had a wonderful holiday in the holiday home by the forest at the end of September/beginning of October last year. First of all, I would like to particularly mention the warmth and endearing nature of the hosts. You can also notice their attention to detail in the holiday home. When we arrived there was a small present and flowers we had picked ourselves, which made the reception very warm and at home. The holiday home is well equipped, everything is available, even free firewood and nothing is missing. The in-house sauna made our evenings in the holiday home even more beautiful. It is very spacious and there is more than enough space for two people. We were able to try out our first homemade tarte flambée in the (fireplace) oven and we still look back on it fondly. Thanks again for the host's "introduction" of the oven. Just like the good tips for our mushroom hunt. We found what we were looking for and we always really enjoyed our evening porcini mushroom pan. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday close to nature in the forest, with lots of peace and relaxation, this is the right place for you.Thank you very much for this great, relaxing and very warm holiday. The holiday home is idyllically located on the edge of the forest. From there you can take the path directly through the forest to Vielank (very good restaurant and very good baker). The very beautiful forest pool is within walking distance. The holiday home itself is very well equipped and offers, among other things: a piano, oven, sauna and a private library for young and old. The landlords are very nice and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and can recommend the holiday home without hesitation.

The holiday home by the forest with sauna, wood stoves and piano in Alt Jabel is just right for those who are looking for peace and relaxation away from the crowded seaside resorts on the North and Baltic Seas. The house itself is very tastefully furnished in a rural style and, in addition to the well-equipped kitchen, sauna and 2 bedrooms, even offers the unique opportunity not to have to go without playing the piano during the holidays, as a well-pitched and intonated "Pfeiffer" invites you in the living room. to make music. The hosts, Ulrike and Martin Keller, are very nice, accommodating and always helpful in all matters; you can even purchase fresh agricultural products from the region with their help.On hot summer days there is the opportunity to refresh yourself in the Alt Jabeler Waldbad, you can also take a walk through the forest to the neighboring town of Vielank and in the summer you can also attend one or two Mecklenburg Festival concerts in the area.On the small terrace in front of the house you can end the day wonderfully with a barbecue and a glass of wine. For us it was a completely successful and enjoyable stay and we would recommend this accommodation without reservation and would also be happy to come back ourselves!
