The location and the properties are near perfect. But manager's approach is terrible - read the fine print in the conditions carefully or you will be disappointed. You are supposed to leave the property pristine clean and tidied-up so unless your idea of relaxing stay includes half a day choring around the cottage (including taking the trash to half a kilometer away collection place), avoid this and choose a place where you are treated as a client and not as an underperforming janitor.

Strange owner who expects that EVERYTHING will be on the same place after checkout.

We were there from June 3rd. until today until June 10th. in Chata No. 3.The house was great! It is probably the newest house of all 3 houses. Everything was clean when we arrived. The house has 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has everything you need in everyday life. A large couch in the living room, a large TV with all programs in German, even Disney +, Netflix etc. Free WiFi and fast internet! There is also a television in every bedroom! The pool is large and heated. The small building next to the house is a fitness room with a whirlpool that can be booked. The property is totally well maintained and really beautiful. There is a table tennis table and a large trampoline in the garden.Perhaps important for dog owners, the large garden is secured by a fence at the front, but is open to the next house at the top. Maybe important for dogs who like to go for walks alone.Overall, a great house, a quiet area and beautiful scenery! The owner is really friendly and seems very cheerful. We don't speak Czech, but it wasn't a problem, he showed us everything and we got it. :-)It was a lovely holiday and would definitely go there again.

Herr the owner is a bit of a member of the SNB. In the morning, he "wanders" around the property. Very pleasant.

The price doesn't correspond at all to the service offered, so it's overly expensive...Sauna is more of a joke, it would be more honest to say "a warming cabin" in the description. The landlord is anything but nice and polite... The house rules do not state that you are not allowed to listen to music on a jukebox outside at a medium volume. We specifically asked when we arrived: the answer was "no problem until 10 p.m.") At 1 p.m. we are at the pool with the children and turn on the jukebox: after half an hour the landlord appears and, very aggressively and screaming, demands that we turn off the music. Is it still possible?!?!So there's no talk about privacy here...House (#3) is in need of renovation.Better to stay away from it, especially for the price!!!

It makes a big difference which cottage you go to. We had Cottage 1 for a week at Christmas in 2019. She is older, the kind for the undemanding. Possibility to rent a hot tub (in a cabin outside the house). Chata 3 is the newest, in operation since 2020 (we were the first visitors). Unfortunately, the wellness area outside the cottage was not yet in operation. Only the sauna in the bathroom. The cottage has a washer, dryer and just about anything you can think of. Ideal for 2 families in winter, easily 3 in summer. We visited cottage 2 this year and it is almost identical to cottage 3. Only the dishwasher is missing. A big plus is that the apartment has a hot tub and a sauna (and some fitness) in the house, so you don't have to run around. 2 and 3 are on the same property, so if the other visitor has a dog, it's possible you'll have it at the house in the morning, but we've had it happen once in 2 years so far. Wi-Fi works in all of them, unfortunately in evening families, the download sometimes moves to 2-3 Mbps, which is really not for a movie. We were probably fighting for the signal with other chats. Otherwise during the day +- 20 Mbps. The owner lives a little further away, so you may occasionally meet him in the garden, it may bother some, but not us, he is a nice, nice gentleman. And the fact that we returned to it for the second time this year is telling. The surroundings are great for trips and walks. Possibility of visiting a local hotel (food, etc.), but we did not use it. The owner has all the information on the website.

In winter, the environment gets warmer. Let's call the cottage OK, but the owner is suspicious, controlling and paying much more for electricity than he should - than he should. It spoils the impression, because the location is decent and so is the cottage. Thanks to that, never again, because a conflict could arise. And you really don't want that on vacation.

Although I don't like it, I am forced to write a not very flattering review of the accommodation.Communication with the owner before the actual accommodation was more or less without much interest.Upon arrival, we couldn't help but notice the dirty shower area, greasy and dirty dishes and creaky, short stairs that were almost impossible to walk up (let alone with a newborn in arms or a car seat). We paid extra for a whirlpool for 1000/- per weekend. Unfortunately, even the hot tub smelled and I don't want to know how long the water hasn't been changed. It is heated by electric heaters - completely inexpensive. The final handing over of the cottage was the icing on the cake - an old broken glass for 70, because now the master has to buy the whole set and he still doesn't know where to get it. (in his words) You also get a lecture on how to clean up next time - which is laughable considering the state of the chat you get.Positives - clean, fragrant beds, sauna, TV in every room, perfect Wi-Fi connection, towels, hairdryer, the owner was willing to move our departure time to 12:00 in the morning. The overall impression is below average and I do not recommend the cottage.

The house is in relatively poor structural condition. The stairs to the upper floor are very dangerous because they are very steep, there are short steps and various steps are not solid. In winter the heating is with electricity, which wasn't exactly a bargain. The beds were OK. The kitchen was small but sufficient. Unfortunately, cleanliness wasn't very important here. Various kitchen appliances should have been cleaned beforehand. The most disgusting thing was the "hot tub". We smelled the water at a fish market. And then you pay extra for that. We didn't use the sauna. Therefore I can't say anything about it. In addition, parking on the property was not possible even though it said so in the description. We definitely won't be vacationing here again.

We rented the lower house for a week. The house is in onebad state. The stairs to the upper floor are very dangerous and various steps are not fixed. The beds and mattresses are worn out and not comfortable. The kitchen was small and in a dilapidated state. Water leaks out and pushes up from the floor and the carpet was always completely wet. The water pipes and connections underneath are probably broken as they are the drain from the bathroom and kitchen in one. The worst thing is when someone is still taking a shower because the water pushes up quite a bit.You can't speak of cleanliness in this property. Various kitchen appliances should have been cleaned beforehand. The "whirlpool" water was very bad, very dirty and some parts were floating around in it. And then you pay extra for that. We didn't use the sauna. One point is that the outdoor area and garden are very well maintained.Unfortunately we cannot recommend this house.
