We (grandpa and grandma) booked the potato chalet with our three granddaughters (aged 9, 6 and 6) and were thrilled. Top facilities, everything sparkling clean and parking space in front of the door. On the first evening there was a campfire with stick bread and potatoes. Grill grate was also available. You were integrated immediately. The next day the kids were allowed to help with the potato harvest and even ride on the huge harvester. The little kittens were of course very popular with all the children. The bread roll service worked smoothly. The numerous play equipment and the other animals such as ponies and goats meant that there was never a dull moment.

The Herrnmühle is a great place for a holiday with friends or family. Our children especially love the yard with the vehicles, the beautiful garden and the animals. We have been visiting the Ress family once a year for ten years and always have a great time on site and in the surrounding Rhön region. Everything is super organized and the apartments are practical and nicely furnished. The many seating options outside and inside are perfect for our large group, we feel very comfortable and enjoy the time. Dear Ress family, thank you for the always warm welcome and your commitment to us, your loyal guests!

We were on the Ress family farm in September. We had the Mühlenturm holiday apartment. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We didn't miss anything. The Ress family is also very friendly. They took us to the sawmill and to another farm to milk cows and watch. Overall, a very nice holiday with our 2 small children and father-in-law. We will recommend the farm and come by more often for vacation.

This was the second time we have been to the Herrnmühle holiday farm with our two children. This time with grandma and grandpa with us.We really enjoyed it again. Great, clean holiday apartment, lots of space to run around, play, discover, experience animals and grill.IT definitely wasn't the last time!Keep it up

We were here every summer for over 12 years. Always the best time of the year for our children. It was always a bit like coming home because we also took the Ress family very close to our hearts. Now the children are teenagers and have different holiday wishes. If you are close to nature and appreciate nature and its many facets, then you have come to the right place!

Very nice, large and TOP-clean rooms at reasonable prices in the ambience of the former grain mill!The host family is very friendly and always helpful. A relaxation paradise for individuals or families with children.The old sawmill is awesome! It runs on pure hydropower and is still used occasionally.Full marks and big praise on top! :-)

We were guests at the holiday farm for a week in the summer. The apartments were super clean, there is a bread roll service, lots of animals, a mill stream to splash around in, stick bread, canoe tours, an incredibly warm host family and all at a really good price-performance ratio.

Very nice farm owners, great apartments with charm. There is a lot to do for children, ride a kettcar, feed the animals, have fun in the playground.
