I stayed at the castle in Eysölden for two days. I came across it by chance and am glad I booked here. Such a dreamlike and beautiful place to stay. I chose the tower room. A great view, nice and cozy and full of inspiring energy. Everything is very lovingly furnished and the lady of the castle is such a magical personality. I was welcomed so lovingly, shown around the castle and nothing was missing.Thank you for allowing me to be here and thank you for the magical energy 🧚I'll definitely come back 😊😘

Hello dear reader, Hello dear reader,I can really recommend the Schloßschänke. On New Year's Eve I ate an incredibly delicious menu with friends locally that really left nothing to be desired. The table was beautifully decorated and any special requests due to intolerances, pregnancy, etc. were addressed very well. The price-performance ratio is great. The service is courteous without being intrusive. The entire team is very warm and you can just feel that the cooking here is done with a lot of love.We will definitely come back.

We can only warmly recommend Eysölden Castle as an event and wedding location! We celebrated our free wedding there and the owner Veronika Schiele supported us with her expertise at all times throughout the planning period.From coffee and cake in the quiet castle courtyard, the elegant wedding menu in the ballroom, the party in the adjacent bar or the overnight stay in the heavenly castle rooms - everything was perfect and everyone felt comfortable.The service was very professional and courteous and the food was to die for. Regardless of whether it was meat or fish, or vegetarian and vegan - everyone enjoyed it very much and the dishes were very unique and attractively prepared.I can only warmly recommend it as a total package as a wedding location! ✨

Apart from the incredibly nice innkeeper and the wonderful historical ambience, the food there is extremely good. The dishes are prepared (if possible) exclusively from regional ingredients, everything is handmade and with great attention to detail, always something unusual with influences from different countries and still regional Central Franconian/Bavarian cuisine. When it comes to meat dishes, care is always taken to ensure that animal welfare is given top priority alongside quality.This is a very special place where you can still positively surprise even people with the highest demands. I recommend this restaurant unreservedly.

Were here for a celebration. The rustic walls with an inner courtyard were perfect, the food was delicious, the service staff and the boss were very nice. There are a few rustic rooms available here for overnight stays. A delicious breakfast rounded off the whole celebration perfectly.

The Schloßschänke Eysölden is an idyllic place to enjoy. The food tastes excellent and is cooked with a lot of love. When selecting the ingredients, the landlady pays attention to regionality and, if possible, organic quality. We really like the constantly changing plant-based dishes. We love dining here and enjoying the atmosphere. Highly, highly, highly recommended!!!

A real surprise! Remotely located... but worth every detour! Excellent cuisine with a twist. You can taste the quality of the regional and seasonal ingredients. Extremely attentive service! Keep it up!...Attention: limited opening hours
