Hotel open again!A neglected driveway takes you steeply uphill to the hotel. This is still partly under construction, but it didn't affect my stay. Small, old-fashioned room, simple breakfast (just simple rolls, no cereal). No TV. The good price, friendly staff and the great location above the cranes on the reservoir make up for it. The position on Google Maps is not quite correct

I can't comment on my stay because the hotel canceled our vacation just 12 days before arrival. I had already booked a year ago (02.06.-05.06.), and of course I was confident that everything would work out.But canceling the guest's trip at such short notice is terrible shit!!! ONE star is still too many.Thanks to Booking.com, I got a replacement hotel at such short notice (Pentecost on top of that).Afterwards I found out that this Land-gut-Hotel Barbarossa has been closed since 2020. And accepts bookings and cancels 12 days in advance. I hope that Booking.com will become active there - and charge the hotel for the additional payment.

If you can't maintain performance because of Corona, at least the prices should be adjusted. Even if the view from the rooms is wonderful, it is definitely not worth €191 for two nights.

No stay possible because the hotel was closed two years ago.Also around the corner is a police seal from the public prosecutor's office!!
