The toilets definitely need a renovation and the rooms don't look so good anymore. The room I slept in had holes in the door and there were flies everywhere. The socket in the room didn't work. The showers are very disgusting and in my opinion there are far too few of them. There are only two showers (one for boys and one for girls) on the ground floor, otherwise there is only one group shower in the basement. But the people there were very nice and the kitchen was well equipped.

We stayed in unit 2 with 8 adults and 8 children and had great days. Enough sleeping options on the second floor. The guest room is generously spacious and offers plenty of space for game evenings and of course dining. The kitchen is big and we didn't miss anything. We enjoyed the stay very much. The landlord is helpful and friendly.

The Vorderburger Hut was exactly as we imagined it.The rooms are equipped with bunk beds.The showers, washrooms and toilets were clean.The kitchen is compact, 4 gas places, oven and an industrial dishwasher.There were enough dishes and many kitchen accessories available.There were plenty of large pots for large portions.Everything clean.Large lounge, great oven.The landlord was super friendly and always helpful.A good-hearted person who doesn't deserve the sometimes bad criticism.We'd love to come back.Large group with 20 small children

I recently celebrated my 30th birthday with about 25 people in the smaller house, the cabin has everything you need. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, there were enough places to sleep, and the landlord was extremely helpful. I would book again at any time!

The hut keeper constantly came in to see what everyone was doing. The rooms are very small and poorly equipped. The beds are old and extremely squeaky, and in some rooms there wasn't even a table. The window board has broken out and a closet in a room for 6 people is not enough storage space. The pillows and blankets are dirty, as are the ceilings, where you don't even want to know what's stuck to them. There was only one toilet per floor, which is simply not enough.Conclusion: Not recommended, once and never again!

Great hut with small defects. Some of the bunk beds are wobbly and squeaky. The noise level outside is to be avoided after 10 p.m. Otherwise everything is ok. The kitchen equipment is good, perhaps the frying pans could be replaced and the knives sharpened. Cleanliness ok. The owner was very nice.

At first glance, nice hut. If you take a closer look, you can hardly save yourself from problems. Mold under some chairs, mice in the rooms, broken beds, lamps that are too dark in some rooms, as soon as the oven is running it smells of smoke on the upper floors and the sanitary facilities are old and unclean. I can only advise against this facility. It's better to spend a little more money and not have to freeze at night. The owner was also unfriendly to me.

Contrary to many bad statements here, we had a wonderful stay as part of our youth band trip (ages 13-24). The hut landlord was friendly and enjoyed our company. He was helpful and checked on us every now and then to see if we needed anything else. After we gave up excessive music volume with exaggerated bass day and night, we still had fun with normal to louder music, but absolutely no problems with the neighbors or the landlord - even until late at night. Our live brass music outside on the house hill brought joy to many passers-by and neighbors :-).The cleanliness and equipment of the rooms and kitchen were fine and absolutely suitable for the price. The hut and location with a hike to the local mountain Falkenstein were absolutely suitable for our weekend excursion. We felt comfortable here.

The hut is in poor condition. It seems that the homeowner does not attach much importance to cleanliness and cleaning. The sanitary facilities are in terrible condition and should definitely be replaced. There are also a few other defects, such as leaky roof windows, dirty mattresses, etc. The winter garden mentioned is also a bad joke because it leaks. In addition, it smells like beer everywhere and the floor is very sticky.The positive thing about the hut is the perfect location. There are many good excursion options nearby.In general, it can be said that the hut is only suitable for a celebration stay, as the hut is simply in poor condition.
