A very nice apartment. Great furnishings, cozy with the lighting everywhere. Parking space in front of the house. There is no service here, which is why there is no rating. We may be missing a hook to hang something up, a towel in the corner of the kitchen, etc... We would come back..☺️ and: Two people - means 2 people 😂 see dishes in the cupboard. Good idea 👍🏻

The reception was okay.The location is great if you like to leave your car behind. You also have your own parking space in the immediate vicinity.The apartment looked like it was pictured online. We had one on the 1st floor facing the street: very spacious, lots of windows, electric blinds, small balcony, of course the noise of the street (the street was relatively busy). Since there are three apartments per floor, they can't all look the same (less windows/space?!).Bed great, pillows crackle, large TV (can be rotated to form a seating area or bed), kitchen equipment is spartan, pots, pans, no spatula or wooden spoon, small cups and glasses, no jug, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave without additional functions, dishes and cutlery × 2, salad bowl + cutlery, scissors, kitchen knife, refrigerator without freezer compartment.Bathroom without a window with a good fan, 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, 6x toilet paper for 6 nights. There is no cleaning service offered, but there are also no cleaning utensils other than a hand brush and a shovel under the sink. When the rooms are redecorated, the used laundry is thrown on the floor at the back of the yard.When we checked out, for which we arrived early, no one asked if we liked it or wished us a safe journey home... and there was nothing going on at reception.

I have rarely felt so ripped off when paying for a holiday apartment or hotel.The apartment on the ground floor does not correspond at all to the apartment shown when booking. Of course, the photos are always a little prettier when booking; However, this apartment has nothing to do with the advertised apartment.You just look at white walls, while a lot of wood look and coziness is advertised, which doesn't come across at all.There are only 3 windows on one wall in the dining area, so the bedroom is dark.In general you have to say that the rooms are very new and clean. The bathroom is really chic.The biggest shame, however, is the flat rate for pets. The website advertises that pets (please note plural) are allowed and that a flat rate of 30 euros per night applies.So far, okay. It's nothing new and it's justified.But the surprise comes when paying: the “flat rate” applies per animal and per night. So it's not as general as advertised and with two dogs it's really expensive.The combination of incorrect information when booking regarding the apartment and dealing with pets means that I definitely cannot recommend it given the price quoted.

The Geisthouse Apartments are super nice. spacious, clean and modern. Great location. Supermarket close. Unfortunately the kitchen is very spartan. It's enough to prepare breakfast. My only complaint is the pillow ☺️

Second choice guests?The holiday apartment is great. Super clean, well furnished, well equipped.Unfortunately, we received a rather unfriendly welcome at the hotel. “Luggage storage is exclusively for hotel guests and not for apartment guests.” If you have booked directly at the hotel, you will be greeted with a champagne when you check in and fill out your details, unlike when you register for the apartments... same reception, mind you.We had booked breakfast. Here, as at dinner in the Pfalzgraf, the associated steak house, the service was miserable. The plates weren't cleared for ages and missing cutlery was only brought after repeated requests.1 coffee machine for all guests, which meant queuing at the machine while the omelette we ordered got cold. Then the beans were empty, the pulp was full... here too it took a disproportionately long time to be filled up or emptied. The melon was overripe and the Bircher muesli sizzled on the tongue. Service was rather unimpressed when this was pointed out.

The furnishings are made of PLASTIC, if you are allergic to these EXHAUSTS or have a sensitive nose, you won't be happy here. Drab gray, the kitchen furnishings only contain the bare essentials, not even 2 cups are available. Totally noisy!!Every car sounds like it's driving through the room. Outside stairs made of sheet steel, perforated, not for dogs and small children. Staff stressed.Never again.

The apartment on the ground floor was very modern and very large.It was also clean and the mattress was still nice and hard.The breakfast in the associated hotel was extremely rich and tasty and could be booked with us for €19 per person.Unfortunately, the electricity was turned off unannounced by construction workers, so the food in the refrigerator got warm.In addition, the door to the apartment was slightly warped and you could only close it with a swing, which was very loud. In general, the room was very noisy and you could always hear the vehicle noise.The bathroom is comparatively small and you have to be aware that large areas will get wet when showering, as the water can splash almost anywhere without hindrance.

Great accommodation for a short hiking holiday!Rooms functional, simple and chic. No more and no less than you need. Kitchen is rather small, but we don't go away for the weekend to cook for ourselves. We felt very comfortable, there was only one deduction, no coffee capsules or even a bottle of water, which is a shame. Still happy again
