If you are aware that the area is really out of the way and that there is no cell phone network available (which can be a dream), it is really pleasant there. The venue (in our case a wedding) is great and the service and staff are very friendly. The rooms in our hotel area were simply furnished (IKEA) but everything was very new and very clean.Breakfast simple but ok. When there was a lot of activity on both days, it quickly emptied out and refills were slow. But there are more important things...Be careful, the area is infested with black flies. Anyone who reacts allergically to the bite, like us, has to be very careful and should take appropriate anti-brumming medication with them. Both my wife and I had some for several weeks. BUT the operators can't do anything about it. PS: Google Maps may lead you through a route that is restricted for vehicles.

Great facility in the middle of the forest. I can't say anything about the rooms, our hiking trail went past there. But the coffee latte is very tasty. With a view of the great swimming pool.....Great Kneipp pool there.Dear hikers, enjoy passing there, you can really see it.Oh, the staff there is really, really nice.

10 stars if there were. It was a wonderful wedding despite the rain. Everything was made possible and spontaneously rescheduled because of the weather. The service is awesome. All I can say about the legendary Lions Fidelitas Classic vintage car rally is that the Heilsbach was ideally positioned for this big event.There were also no long waiting times for food and drinks.And initially, despite the rain, the multi-purpose hall was really suitable. 15 clips from the rally on YouTube > carly4711

We were there for two nights with 24 men.This was for a company outing.Breakfast and food okay but you shouldn't expect too much. Hiking trips can be started directly from the complex.The facility and rooms were all clean and well maintained.

Super nice place to unwind. You can only get internet reception here via WiFi. But that doesn't hurt to cool down.

We were accommodated with a very large group of children and everything was basically perfect. The outdoor area also made a well-kept impression. Rooms were very clean. In one part of the house there are rooms that have been renovated really cleanly. But the other rooms are also functional and completely fine. When it comes to catering, special requests are also taken into account if they are communicated well in advance. The soccer field is 1A. The swimming pool was also very popular, unheated but in good condition.

Really a very nice facility! Went there with our daughter (2 years). The rooms are not particularly large but are very nice and clean. A cot was also provided without any problems. The food was also very good. But the staff in particular were very nice and exceptionally helpful! Overall, a great facility with an outdoor pool and campsite. You can also get to all of the attractions in the Daher Felsenland very quickly. Really highly recommended! Also suitable for larger groups.

Went there for an Easter camp which was very well organized.The surroundings are wonderfully beautiful and allow you to relax.The service is top, we got everything from the house very quickly, be it towels or additional blankets, we were very well looked after.Likewise the good food, simply delicious and varied.Even the wish to be able to use the gym with the children was fulfilled and balls were also provided.Thanks for your time there!
