Top accommodation for mountain bikers who want to shred the Palatinate Forest.Tour 12 and 13 right on your doorstep.The rooms are clean and cozy, the hosts are awesome!!! And the lawn was mowed because we wanted to roast on the fire pit and the fire was already lit when we came back from our tour a little later. There was plenty of cold beer in the fridge...The breakfast was delicious and plentiful...All in all great 👍

We came as hikers to walk the legendary path. The village idyll offered us the right accommodation plus a shuttle service to and from the beginning and end of the stages. We remember the entire owner, the Schwarz family, as particularly hospitable, open and warm-hearted.

Host with all your heart! Thank you very much for the wonderful, beautiful vacation.Thank you very much for the super rich, sustainable breakfast with homemade delicacies such as juice and jam - made from home-grown fruit.Our orders for the hikes were also ordered from the bakery!The home-baked cakes and tarts - with our own fruit - in the café are a dream!Service and hospitality are a given here! !Relaxation was also provided, the meadow by the small stream is beautiful.Great transfer service to and from the stages of the Legendary Trail. For a week of hiking in the Palatinate (our tour was the 'Felsenland Sagenwelt') there is actually no better option than the Pension Dorfidyll Erfweiler!Many thanks again to the Schwarz family, who care so much about the well-being of their guests!My wife and I were allowed to stay at the guesthouse in Erfweiler for the duration of our tour and were thrilled by the friendliness and flexibility (breakfast requests, appointments for transport to the starting point of the day's stage or pickup in the evening, tips about the Southern Palatinate, etc. ). We hereby expressly recommend the guesthouse and would be happy to come back.

Ms. Schwarz is a kind-hearted woman. She is very hospitable. The room was very nice and clean. We felt very comfortable and recommend the guesthouse.Breakfast is prepared personally by Ms. Schwarz and strengthens you for the day of hiking.There is also a small "bar" in the form of a self-service refrigerator with beer, wine, water and soft drinks.

Super nice and helpful hostess, nice and cozy rooms, beautiful garden, delicious breakfast with lots of local, homemade things (e.g. juices). After a strenuous hike and after we had been moved to our actual accommodation, Ms. Schwarz “rescued” us. She gave us tips for dinner and had some very tasty wine on offer. Hospitality is very important here and you can feel completely at home.

The village idyll is without much chic or fancy, but is authentic, warm, cozy and the food on offer is delicious.Delicious homemade cakes and tarts. The coffee is delicious and, when it's warm, the homemade lemonade tastes very tasty and refreshing 👍🏻 The hosts and their employees are very friendly and warm.We always enjoy coming back 🤩

I have never been welcomed as warmly and as familiarly as I was here. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good (homemade jam and juices!) and the whole family is always there for you. The sheep behind the house greet you with friendly barking and the in-house shuttle service is particularly great for hikers. Ideal as a base camp for the Legends Trail. Any time!
