You should go there for the wine and atmosphere. We had nice wine with some schnitzels, they have different sorts. Not haut cuisine, but wine and staff make the place. So if you are in for a nice evening in Kiedrich, go there and start with a Riesling.

We absolutely loved the little village of Oberheimbach and Georg's Weingut Pension. The location was great, just a short drive or walk from the Rhein river and right near the vineyards. The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortable, and the food fabulous.We weren't planning on eating dinner there, but the prices were very good and the selection was nice. (Not very large, but enough.) I'm so glad we did! The portions were generous, and the food was obviously real home cooking. No pre-manufactured schnitzels here, but real cuts of meat breaded and fried in-house. The breakfast was also a very nice, including fresh bread and tasty slices of cheese and salami. Also musli, joghurt, eggs, and hot coffee.I only sampled one variety of wine, but it was very nice. A sweet Riesling.The hosts themselves were very friendly and helpful. I was more than satisfied with our stay here and would gladly come again someday!

This is the real thing. Great price and great location close to Rhein, tour boats, castles and villages. Owners were wondeful and very cordial. I would definately return. Room was modern and super clean.

We received a very nice welcome here. The rooms are large, bright, attractively furnished and some have a balcony so that you can look out into a beautiful green valley with a small stream.The bathrooms are modernly furnished and have walk-in, ground-level showers 🚿. Everything is very clean.The winery is somewhat hidden. It's wonderfully quiet here and you can sleep well 😴.

It was a great 4 days all around, starting with the first email contact after booking, the first meeting on site and every subsequent personal conversation...The rooms were spacious, clean and cozy. But the highlight was the food, whether it was breakfast or dinner. Big compliments to the kitchen and service... see you again... Keep it up and you will have many more happy guests...THANK YOU 😀

We received a very warm welcome, we had a nice, large room that was bright and friendly. You can look out over the vineyards and there was a small stream flowing under our balcony, whose babbling was very calming. The breakfast was rich and delicious. We were able to store our bikes and our bike rack in the garage. You can enjoy the wine inside, outside or in the room. Unfortunately, the parking options for large cars are not very good. Nevertheless, it is highly recommended. Many thanks to the Stassen family.

We had booked the 5-course “wild” menu with accompanying wines and an overnight stay with breakfast. The warm welcome from Pia Stassen already put us in the mood for a wonderful evening. The menu and the wines were excellent and a complete success. Many thanks to the entire Stassen family involved. The rooms were also cozy and the breakfast was absolutely relaxed and appropriate. Overall, a great stay with a great price-performance ratio. And there is also the very pleasant family atmosphere that the Stassen family conveys. It wasn't the last time we were with you.
