I was able to spend a week of fasting here in July and was completely thrilled. The rooms and the house as a whole are beautifully furnished and designed with great attention to detail. The combination of fasting - hiking - yoga was perfect for me. We were a wonderful group and had a great fasting leader in Annette. You can feel that everyone is putting a lot of passion into this!

The first few minutes in this great house made me feel at home and enveloped me in a cloud of contentment. A place of silence, love and comfort.The staff has always been there for us with heart and soul. Great hikes with Katrin,Relaxing yoga classes, a very relaxed fasting group, daily conversations, as well as a perfect farewell evening around the campfire with guitar music and singing make this week unforgettable for me.Thank you dear Daniela and team in your beautiful oasis, Christina wishes you continued luck and success

It is a wonderful house, i.e. the owner and the fasting leaders made it that way! Simply “round” and comfortable. Everything has been thought of in the new rooms! Every detail has been lovingly thought out throughout the house. I have never experienced such a beautiful fasting house. Annette is a wonderful fasting leader: sensitive, authentic, warm and cheerful and right in the middle of life :-). I really like to recommend this! THANK YOU for the lovely week in this house :-)

My husband and I were able to go on our first “fasting trip” together with Kathrin and Jenny in the Kirnitzschtal. Arriving in these beautifully designed rooms and the warm welcome was a perfect start. Our room was very tastefully decorated, including a small vase with fresh flowers. This loving and appreciative attention continued throughout the entire Lenten week. No matter whether yoga, hiking, impulses, meditation or just being “there”.We felt like we were in good hands at all times. Please keep it up so that many more people can experience such a special time.

Completed a successful week of fasting. The support from the fasting leader Kathrin was professional. The yoga sessions with Jenny and Stephanie were intense and ended the day in a relaxed way. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer a place to retreat. The juices and soups prepared by the team were very tasty.
