Just don’t do it.|Cringe worthy, we would have gladly paid the cash and then went and found somewhere else. Unfortunately for us an extremely busy weekend for Plymouth due to all of the live music on the Hoe.|Im sure the owner is trying but there comes a time when it just doesn’t cut the mustard

Read the reviews. This came up in a filtered search for B&B’s en-suite with parking. Parking is on road where the owner provides a voucher at £8 a day. …

I stayed at the accommodation with my mum, it was meant to be a treat for my mum but I felt embarrassed with what I’d booked. I seriously considered going elsewhere but mum said it would be fine.  …

Good location, reasonable walk to station which was what we needed, close to Plymouth Hoe. Comfortable, flat sceen TV, free effective wi-fi, en-suite ok. Plenty of coffee and tea for in-room hot drink facilities. |Very friendly owner. A good and reasonably priced stay, would book again.

We booked this bed bed and breakfast only to find out that, AFTER paying, no breakfast was available at all. The sign outside does say 'Bed and Breakfast'.We were told to go and find it somewhere else. The website does say: 'A choice of breakfast including vegetarian options is included' - it couldn't be further away from the truth. The whole house at one point smelled very strongly of some African/Asian cooking. The room was very small. All outdated. Quite different than the pictures posted. The fan in the shower was full of dust so we didn't shower afraid the dust would fall down with the damp from the hot water. Also when we called the bell at 'reception' SIX times, no-one came to answer the questions we had.Fortunately we only booked for 1 night.

This hotel is like 15 to 20 min walk from town. The hotel itself was easy to find and looks decent. When walking in the decor was a little out dated but still looked presentable. The staff member that greeted me was lovely and pleasant to talk to. We have a twin room for 2 people with an ensuite. I don't think this place is wheelchair friendly. i had to walk up 4 or 5 flights of stairs to get to my room.(no elevator) upon entering room it was a decent size with 2 single bed and a very small ensuite with shower. Considering there was 2 of use we had 1 hand towel and a small bath towel to share.... the bedding and decor in room was out dated. The window opened upwards and opened all the way. Witch I thought was rather dangerous 🤔 considering we were high up. And the ensuite could have been a bit cleaner... hair in sink and spots of mold on ceiling. Oh and the water pressure was low. I had a dribble of a shower. And the bed side lamp didnt work. Also no freebies (take ur own shampoo etc)But overall worth it considering the price. You get what you pay for.

Stayed for 1 night and thank god it was only that! The whole room was absolutely filthy! I had to clean the bathroom myself. The toilet was covered in urine and there were hairs all over the floor. It didn’t even smell clean. …
