This is a lovely b and b. Me and my son Mark stayed there on Wednesday 7th March 2018 as it is only minutes from police college where Mark was doing assessment.Mick who owned the b and b before passing it down to his daughter is great crack and his mate Ritchie is a lovely bloke. Both were real helpful. The rooms are spacious with large en-suites. Beds are comfy and place Is spotlessly clean. Continental breakfast was nice too and you can eat as much as you want.Met Micks daughter Lisa before we left really nice lady.Me and the lads may be going down to have a good drink with mick and Ritchie our type of lads.

We went down for a one night stay as hubby had business early the next morning. The landlady was wonderful! She did so much to help us and went out of her way to make us comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was lovely.

Stayed here as I was tracing my parents history who met in an aircraft factory during the war in Ryton On Dunsmore.||The landlady was running the place on her own as her husband died some time earlier. …

This is like staying with family. A genuine home welcome. Quiet bar to chew the cud with other residents, locals, and the definitive charming landlord Mick. If you're lucky you'll get to meet his delightful daughter Lisa.  …

Owners made every effort to allow us to have room until 6pm on day of check out. They also took allot of time to help entertain our child by providing games, dvd's etc. They were also kind enough to supply us with a bag of bread to feed the ducks with in the local park. Very good service for the price.

On arrival 6pm, eventually someone I presume the owner came to the door drunk!!|Didn't eat here as wasn't sure if they were able to cook anything! I didn't feel safe so stayed in my room which was basic but ok.
