We recently stayed a week in "The Stable". Everything was perfect. Lots of space, well equipped, very clean and comfortable in a very quiet environment. Rita - the host - was very helpful and friendly; she went out of her way to help us find nearby chargers for our eV. She also showed us around the new shepherd's hut - a perfect idea for a future stay.

Rita proved to be an absolute hero from our first interaction and throughout my stay. My proposal weekend wouldn't have been possible without her assistance in decorating the home-like and fully equipped barn. She went above and beyond by coordinating with my family to ensure that my plans ran seamlessly. I appreciate her kindness, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail. I would highly recommend Rita to anyone, and I definitely plan to revisit in the near future.

We stayed in The Granary for 3 weeks in February/March this year. It's a lovely holiday cottage and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's beautifully clean with good showers and very comfy beds. The location is great - sheep and new lambs right outside the windows, and very friendly farm dogs. Rita made us us very welcome - nothing was too much trouble. We were staying pending a house move, but if you are on holiday, there's loads of interesting things to do in the local area. All in all, I would highly recommend a stay here - you won't be disappointed!

We recently spent a week at Rita's place. As last year, everything was perfect. Rita is a very accommodating and flexible host. We feel very much at home and we very much appreciate the little extras - Rita always goes out of her way to make sure we are comfortable and happy. The Granary is spacious, beautifully furnished and fully equipped. We're looking forward to trying out the Shepherd's hut next year!

We stayed at The Granary cottage for work. The hosts couldn't be any better. They were gracious and friendly with some lovely doggies coming to say hello to us every morning.The cottage was spotless. Has amazing facilities and is well stocked with towels and toiletries. The site is secure and gated and has wonderful parking.We were warned that the WiFi is weak but that isn't bad really because I found it OK to stream. I called up as well asking if they had butter and they were happy to oblige and in the fridge was butter ready and waiting.The showers had amazing power and temperature. The beds were so so comfortable I slept so well.I even left my HDMI cable in their TV and Lo and behold. 2 days later it had been sent to me. I am honestly trying hard to find anything negative but I simply can't. It's well priced and location is also pretty decent.I can honestly say that this is perfect for a getaway. For work or for any event. This is one of the best places I have ever ever found.Thank you for a wonderful stay and to anyone looking for a place to stay in Southam area. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!!!

We hired all 3 of the cottages for a family wedding last month. Rita was very accommodating and we were all very impressed at the standard of the cottages - immaculately clean and incredibly well equipped with thoughtful additions such as milk in the fridge for a cuppa on arrival! We highly recommend Napton Fields Holiday Cottages.

We have rented from Rita on a number of occasions in order to visit relatives nearby. The cottages are super clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Rita and family are helpful and on-hand if needed but don’t intrude on your privacy. When we have asked to change bookings (because of Covid or illness) Rita has been incredibly understanding and accommodating.Wifi ok for country setting. Easy parking, lovely views. A great rental!

Great cottage in a perfect spot. Immaculately finished and perfectly stocked with everything we needed - including everything we needed when coming with babies! Great to have horses and sheep right outside the window. Rita is a great host who has done a great job. Highly recommend and will come again!

We arrived and was very pleased with the cottage very clean and had all the essentials we needed and it’s in a lovely setting nice little seating area outside to chill and felt immediately relaxed. Five minutes from Southam and the wedding venue we where attending .Rita was very pleasant and Helpful we had a lovely stay and would definitely returnThank you Rita from David , Susan Lyell
