We've stayed here twice now. Its only a short walk over the foot bridge which is ideal if you are planning to go to the theatre or the town centre. Parking is limited to three spaces off road but there a free parking opposite in the lay-by. I'm told there is also parking to the rear although i haven't used it yet. (Perhaps next time). The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was cooked to order and was cooked to my liking. In all a nice place for the price. Very pleasant host.

The Croft Guest House is lovely, very welcoming. The rooms are clean and plenty of room. The bathroom in our room was very spacious. Everything was beautifully clean. The full English breakfast was cooked really well, toast was hot and plentiful, tea, coffee and cold drinks were all to take as you wanted.. It has a lovely garden. A small lounge with TV if you want to relax - small though...If I had to criticise anything, for me, I'd have liked plumper pillows on the bed, and peppermint tea! All other Teas were available.. there is a pub no more than 10 minutes walk away that serves good food. The River Avon is 10 minutes in the other direction (and I'm a slow walker). We would definitely go back without hesitation.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Croft. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was tasty. The service was friendly and professional. We loved how quick and easy it was to walk into town and the off street parking was perfect.

Stayed 2 nights to see a play. Location very good for Stratford, an easy 10 minute walk into the village and theater. A true vintage English b&b in need of upgrading. The bedroom was ample in size, the bathroom large, heating not sufficient. Shower leaked badly. The carpeting was gross, filthy, needed replacing 25 years ago, would not want to walk barefoot on it . Breakfast was meh, the host was quite nice.

Kevin, with help from Fran, is the perfect host : friendly, professional, accommodating, sociable and, well, charming!Location is fab, all 6 we used of the 7 available rooms, are spacious and comfortable. The odd little quirk adds charm to them!Bonus is a lounge just for guests and, though we didn't use it, a hot tub in the garden.Would highly recommend.
