Charming Guest House with friendly staff!Great Location in walking distance to the seaside and golf courses in St. Andrews. The Bed & Breakfast is in a charming old townhouse. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated and the bed was quite comfortable. Unfortunately, there is not really enough space to store our luggage.The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Hazel gave us a warm welcome and took care about everything we needed - like a cab to the airport, reservations in restaurants, recommendations for trips,...The breakfast has been very generous and tasty- ideal for Golfers and Hikers!

Was a sweet lovely place, a little confusing of exactly how they preferred you to order bfast or where we had to sit! They did give a 'full Scotish Bfast' but usually unable to order just an egg & sausage without planning ahead...i just stuck with toast & tea for the most part! Bedrooms were lovely but bed mattress definately needs replaced, & be prepared for noisy birds all nite long, not much sleep felt we were laying on floor, we were there with other guests who complained the same that stayed with us. Staff was very sweet & helpful, room was tidy'd up each day & very accomidating to all our golfers needs on early mornings, making bfast early or even sack bfast for them!

Stayed here whilst visiting the University. Room 5 was a family room and was very spacious and nicely decorated. Very good bathroom and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was freshly cooked and extremely tasty. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

This B and B was very central. We were made very welcome. Room was clean and comfortable.||||Breakfast could have been better---rather basic. Service was a bit slow---scrambled eggs overcooked---rather mean on the allocation of toast---fruit was not the freshest---obviously cost-cutting on this meal.
