Temporary accommodation for homeless people put there by Trafford council so not a regular hotel. The staff in general are ok but there are some that think they are above others. Very very poorly managed.

The furniture room was falling to pieces, the shower was too hot, also the glass in the shower was cracked and the windows of the room were screwed shut so i didn't get any air in my room and it was extremely hot. …

Foul smelling room, not suitable for families at all! We booked a room for 3 adults last weekend. The room we got was smelling really bad of smoke and the beds were very uncomfortable to even sit at let alone lie down on them.We are not generally picky about these things so I opened the windows and went to the Reception lady to request the change of mattresses. She said they have no extra mattress but upon me saying I cant sleep on this at all, offered another room which was "more suitable for families" (Why didn't we get that room to start with?)The other room was better but had a double bed + bunk bed (not a big deal but still not for an adult). In the bathroom, there was no hot water in the basin + just one towel for 3 people. When we asked for more towels, the lady seemed really annoyed (we were extremely polite) and said they don't have any extra towels (what, really?) and handed us some hand towels.the breakfast was hot and okay though, not a great range but doable.Would not recommend this hotel for families at all! could be OK for a group of friends looking for a short stay.

This is like a Ukrainian jail.. room was stale.. The bath/ tiles had mold on.. smack heads living downstairs And to top it off an obvious prostitute was allowed to come in with a blind man and get rattled all over, opposite our door, we could hear her down the hall also.. the beer lines had not been cleaned and the beer served was off, we spend 3 nights here and never again. Staff are pleasant though.

We stayed here over the weekend. The receptionist wasn't very polite and didn't even say hello. The hotel itself is small and dated. But with a bit more effort it could be very nice. Unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned up, there were still hair and bread crums on our table. We booked it with breakfast, which wasn't a very good idea.Cuttlery wasn't cleaned either and on our second day there was still some garbage on our table, which we left the other day. And my friends napkin was the used one from the day before....It would take the staff just a bit effort to be a little more friendly and cleaning cuttlery and tables cannot be that hard...Not going to stay there ever again :(

Place is quite run down, carpets coming of the floor in most the rooms, uncomfortable beds and noisy guests early hours of the morning. Shower rail was rusty and shelf was falling off in the bathroom and not enough towels suplied. Horrid smells coming from hallways, (wet dog, damp, cigarettes)Food was alright expect bacon which was hard, but quick and easy service and polite employees.
