Really lovely, quirky little hotel. Love all the little freebies. Coffee on tap and a breakfast tray delivered to the room. Nice big shower with lovely toiletries. Room was small but had everything we wanted and needed, plus a few little extra touches. Would definitely stay again. |Easy to park in multi storey a 2 minute walk away.

A fantastic boutique hotel with helpful staff. The rooms are small, but have everything you would need in them. The hotel offers complimentary teas and coffees and has a cocktail bar. There was free prosecco and nibbles between 5 and 7 pm, hot chocolate and cookies delivered to our room when we got back to our room and breakfast (including juice and coffee) delivered to the room in the morning as there is not a dining space. A lack of storage in the room might put people off staying for a longer period, but for a night or two, it was great!!

I stayed here for a single night to recover from a red eye flight. It was exactly what I needed to just relax for several hours. You could not ask for friendlier or more considerate staff, their team is the best thing about the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets soft, duvet big and fluffy. I slept like a log. The little considerate details; fizz at 5pm, available milk and cookies around 10pm, wide range of teas/coffees/milks are charming. The hotel is cute, and the rooms are pretty. The old-world charm of the building does have its downsides - be warned the hotel is in no way accessible - be prepared for stairs and tight corners. My room was in the basement and the wifi was essentially nonexistent. Also the bathroom of the room I stayed in, while pretty, was tiny. The included breakfast, while nice, was also bijoux. More of a snack. But the whole breakfast-in-bed thing? Wonderful idea. Everyone should do it. On the whole a pleasant and homey stay, and I’d happily stay here again.

This boutique hotel is a little gem of individuality that has retained and enhanced many of the original features of the 200 year old textile mill it once was. The decor is tasteful and though the rooms are on the smaller size the little touches make it extra special. Staff all pleasant and helpful. The breakfast tray is quirky and fun and delivered at your requested time. It is in a great spot close to amenities though you do need the ear plugs supplied as nearby places could disturb the light sleeper. Plenty bars and restaurants nearby! Great place!!

First of all the hotel is absolutely beautiful! The kind of bohemian industrial setting was absolutely stunning as soon as we entered the lobby and extended to our great room. Where we had maybe the best bed we had in our entire trip. Not much room to walk around since the bed took up so much real estate but that trade off was more than worth it.This place truly goes above and beyond when it comes to service. The staff was very friendly and willing to recommend places nearby for us. And even made us late night cookies and milk after our night out!!!I would absolutely recommend anyone headed to Manchester to stay at Cow Hollow, and will probably be back next time I’m there as well!!
