Lovely calm vibe. Delicious food. Music not to loud like a lot of restaurants. Kim was an absolute treasure!! Best service, so kind & patient. Watched her with difficult customers and she handled it so well. Best customer service I have ever received & cannot wait to come back. X

The steaks are cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor and tenderness in every bite. The quality of the meat is evident, and the attention to detail in its preparation is unmatched. The accompanying sides were equally impressive, with the truffle mac and cheese being a standout favorite.The service was impeccable; the staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food they were serving. We both wanted the mozzarella starterwhich we were told they didn't have, Iwanted a Madri pint but was told itwasn't working. When we ordered oursteak we both wanted blue cheesesauce on our iceberg wedge, theydidn't have that either. So, the steakcame, to my amazement, the entireplate of food was warm at best. Theamount of sauce that is given was tiny. The waitress was verygood at her job and was apologeticthroughout but it seemed like ourplates were under the hot light for agood five minutes before being servedto us. My husband is a chef of 31 years and veryrarely moan about food but this wasjust shocking. Just feel let down that Ispent over £150 on 2 starters 2 mainsand 2 drinks. The kitchenstaff let the front of house down. Wewere going to have a dessert and thengo back to the bar for more drinks but Iwas that disappointed by the food thatwe decided to pay and leave. Inormally tip but didn't want the kitchen,to get tipped for quite a shoddy plate of food. Over priced for the quality ofproduce. Only positive to come from itwas that the steak itself was cookedjust how I asked, even if it was cold

I came here with my girlfriend and was served by Monica…. She was such a star and made our experience so good! She was so hardworking and very attentive, couldn't fault her at all! We enjoyed a lovely baileys choc martini!

There could have been a little soundproofing (maybe a thicker door) between the bathroom and the bedroom. But the room was comfortable, spacious enough, and clean. The staff were lovely and the service was excellent. Check in/out were quick and simple, good parking and obviously good food. Bus connections are also fantastic, so no worries if you want to have a drink and be out late.

We came here for a quick dinner and ended up staying longer than planned. Fran our waitress was great, attentive, friendly and welcoming. Fran went out of her way to help. Superb food that was simply delicious. Steaks were cooked to perfection
