Near central phuket, you only need to walk around 8 minutes. But the room is not very good, especially the sink. It only has 2 shower caps and a soap bottle. The sink is outside of the bathroom, so it's also good when someone is using the bathroom, another one can wash their hand without needing to wait.

Very cozy and comfortable hotel! Beautiful hall, swimming pool, less equipped gymThe room was spacious, cleaned every day, there are some minor drawbacks in sound insulation, but here you will be lucky with your neighborsThere is no breakfast here, the hotel is a bit underequipped, since there are few people and it is clear that there is a room for a dining room, but it is not open yetWe were by car, so the location was not important to us, but for those who are on their own, this option will be far awayIt was nice to be here and I didn’t want to leave!

Same problem as the review below. The staff must collect a deposit for the key card. We reserved 2 rooms for a total of 1,000 baht. When booking via Line, the hotel had already informed that they only accept cash.On the day of check-in, we didn't have any cash. Because driving and traveling to find customers across 4 provinces makes me forget to think about this. The problem is that when we checked in it was 6:00 p.m. and we were already very tired. We therefore try to make an offer.1. Can I leave my ID card instead of the deposit? >> The answer is no.2. Request cash from the employee and they will transfer the money back instead >> The answer is no.The only answer is You only have to withdraw cash to pay...and the closest ATM is Central Phuket. Even though it's close, there's a lot of traffic and the ATM in the mall is a very far walk.Suddenly, a guest came to check in, so we asked if we could borrow money and transfer it to him.The answer was >>> That guest had just returned from withdrawing cash at Central Phuket as well. What's really frustrating is that I've already paid all the accommodation fees.Otherwise we will go to stay somewhere else. That has creative management and doesn't push the burden on customers. From experience, famous budget chain hotels will solve the problem by accepting ID cards instead in cases where guests do not have cash.Asked if we can criticize the employees? Really, it shouldn't be. Because he probably encounters the same problems every day. And he's just an employee who works according to management's policy. >> In summary, he really does his duty. But unable to make any changes. So we suggested that it would be better to install an ATM at the hotel. Have the customer drive to get cash >> which the employee informed that The bank has already been contacted. (But seriously, why would the bank install cabinets in this hotel? because it's just a small hotel)Or another way is to just prepare some cash. for guests to transfer money in exchange for cash In the case that some guests really don't have cash.In conclusion, if you choose who is right and who is wrong- Cheap hotel: Guests have been informed.- Wrong guest: because he didn't prepare cash. But if you ask how I feel, it is...1. Problem solving >> Not looking at customer convenience as the main focus2. How to prepare for management >> not having enough smarts, and not adapting to a cashless societyIn conclusion, I feel very disappointed. because they come to use the service again Because personally I'm happy with this hotel. But this time, the feeling was really completely destroyed. To the executives...if you're reading this, hurry up and adapt. Preparation and problem solving are very easy. If you can do it, you can already do it.

A cash deposit of 1,000 baht is required to check-in. We didn't carry any cash so the staff wouldn't let us check in. Not accepting transfers Go out and withdraw cash even though it's raining heavily. If you don't pay, you will probably stay somewhere else.

A shame.Air conditioning that doesn't work, noise every morning in the hotel. Staff who do not clean the room. Haughty, disrespectful. A shame.I will never come back here again.TO RUN AWAY!

Unfortunately, the hotel is clean, but the treatment is not good in terms of lack of respect in the presence of rooms with single beds, and the style is also not good
