Evelyn and Charlie were very welcoming and accommodating throughout the stay. The room was very comfortable, a good size with a decent sized bathroom. It was very quiet, no noise from the road, even with the window open. The WiFi signal was strong and a good selection of TV channels. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. The parking was safe and close to the guest house. I will definitely return here if I come back to Aberdeen. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Stayed here for my very first time in Aberdeen and Scotland and it was lovely ! I had a solo room which was more than enough to me, very cozy and clean ! Evelyn and Charlie were very kind and made me feel very welcomed here, the breakfast was delicious as well. You can go by foot or bus to the old town or the beach and even downtown. I recommend it !

Stayed here for one night due to having a hospital appointment in the area. The room was basic but a decent size. The room was clean and the shower was good. The bed and pillows were so comfy, which helped me relax after a 2 and a half hour journey and feeling anxious about my appointment. They have parking around the back which i could see my car from our room window. Cant fault the hosts they were both really nice, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast in the morning was beautiful. It was that good i ended up eating way past when i was full lol. We had an appointment the following week which we were going to book back in here but unfortunately they had no vacancies. The location was ideal for us plus it was only a short walk to where u could go for dinner and drinks. I would recommend this place and if i ever need to come back to the area this will be the first place i will be looking at for accommodation.

Fabulous, homely and welcoming guest house.Very clean, nice and comfortable facilities. Lovely white towels and bedding. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room. Basic toiletries provided in generous sized bottles (shower gel, hand wash, shampoo). The grout and sealant around the en suite was all smart and a clean white colour. The toilet brush to me is a sign of attention to detail and I was very impressed to see a nice clean toilet brush with absolutely no sign of previous guests!Breakfast is worth the cost of the stay in itself. Cereal, fruit, juices, yoghurt, cheese, toast etc all available. Full English, Irish or a variation of these was cooked to order. Perfectly cooked, generous portions and enough to set you up for the day. Absolutely yummy!Location was the only slight downside. It was a good 20 mins walk uphill from the city centre. We sometimes got a cab, but they have to drop you off down the road as the property is situated at traffic lights. However, there is no noise from the road when you are indoors so it does not detract from enjoying your stay.Highly recommended and thank you so much for our extremely welcoming stay.

A really lovely B&B in a quiet location to the outskirts of Aberdeen City centre with off street parking to the rear. A short 15 minute walk into the city makes this the perfect location for business travellers and tourists. The hosts; a lovelier couple you could not meet who make you feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble.

This nice guest house is our home for 2 nights. The (bath)room is neat and clean, good beds and no lack of rest. The hospitable couple (Evelyn and Charlie) deserve ☆☆☆☆☆. They go out of their way to accommodate special requests. The breakfast is excellent in every way. Free parking just around the corner.

Charlie and Evelyn are super hosts, taking care of your every need. Very comfortable and clean. Start the day with a hearty cooked breakfast or something lighter. Great location for the city, the beach esplanade and beyond, being on one of the main bus routes, however, there’s ample free parking if required. Recommended stay for whatever your occasion.
