I stayed for one night at short notice. Picked because of its proximity to Aberdeen University (a five minute walk) although it is also only a 20 - 30 minute walk from Union Street or 5 minutes on the excellent bus service. …

Stayed for two nights whilst visiting Aberdeen for our daughters graduation. Had a triple room (our younger daughter was with us). Nice spacious room, comfy beds and excellent en suite facilities.  …

My mum stayed here for one week while waiting for the keys for her new property. It was booked at short notice and the owners were fantastic, friendly and helpful to us in what was an incredibly stressful week. …

The breakfast was very good, and the proprietors quite pleasant. A mix up by the booking site was overcome, and we had a quiet evening. The room was small, the WiFi was spotty at best, and there's no parking area set aside for guests. That said, the bed was comfortable enough and there were several places within walking distance, for evening dinner.

Smashing B and B with comfortable and clean room. Great location for Aberdeen University and city centre. Very good cooked breakfast with a wide selection of cereals/fruit. Thanks to Geraldine and William for a great stay and for being so nice about me breaking a lamp.

How lucky were we when we chose this place to stay in when visiting family for the 1st time in Aberdeen. The only b&b I have stayed to ask what you want for breaky on the morning not the night before, and what a selection! …

Solid, functional rather than great comfort. It all works, it's clean but there are no frills. This is par for the course for Aberdeen.|| Location for the University is ideal and it is a mid-long walk to town (fine in the summer).  …

The host lacks explaining proper rules of stay and becomes rude when the guest misses to understand, also it is overpriced in relation to facilities provided. Eventually, it is expensive than 3-4 star hotels which has better facilities and less price.
