The rooms were fine, very big too! There were enough options of heating but since it was summer and very hot in the room it would be nice if we had a fan or airconditioning. The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing, with 10 minutes of walking you’re in the center of the city. It’s self check in/out service which is nice since we had to travel a long time and arrived late in the evening.

The place location is convenient, it is near many famous places. My room is oriental one, which is quite beautiful and cosy, but it is seriously too dark! I have not been told that there is timer for hot water, and I cannot call the owner because when I arrived it was late (not too late, around 10.30 pm), so there is no shower until late morning. One important point, the cleaning is terrible since my bathroom has an unacceptable smell even though I arrived after the cleaning has been done 10 hours 😫 the heating is weak, and they have 1 mini heater so that does help a little bit. However, the host is friendly and response fast (if she is awake :P)

Great location, place not very clean, beds were comfy but smelt dirty. Would recommend high temperature washing and maybe brand new bedding with protective covers so if they do get that sweaty smell you can wash them.

Dirty, smelled, no maintenance, furniture from charity shop, mould in all 3 bathrooms, dishwashers not installed so falls out of cabinet when opened, small, thin towels, bunk beds were so noisy and uncomfortable that grandkids slept on floor, no hanging space in some rooms, no drawers so impossible to unpack, dinner dishes and cutlery mismatched, no paper products except cheapest toilet paper, dirty entry and stairs down. All in all the only good point was the location. As a Scot, I am embarrassed that this apartment should be allowed to be rented to visitors to Scotland. It is worse than any hostel and much more expensive.I would give it minus 5 stars. AWFUL!!

This is not a four-star hotel at all. It is a place worse than a petrol hostel worth about £10 per night.I have staying two nights in their Paris room and this is my experience:1. NO HOT WATER SHOWER!Imagine you have no hot water shower at night in north!2. Mushroom EVERYWHERE! You can see it is on your BED, your SINK, your SHOWER there.3. Host BLOCKed you when complaining about no hot water at night.4. Host THROW YOUR PROPERTY AWAY!!Host threw away my food in the fridge when I’m still staying there.5. WINDOW IS BROKEN!There is only one window and the window is broken and so you cannot keep it open.6. No Fire exit. It is UNSAFE to stay!! Is it illegal even without fire exit?!!7. And what’s worse, the host refused to refund or compromise when there is no hot water at night at all. Host Sav blocked the guest directly.

Great location, facilities and decor throughout the property. The cleanliness and maintenance need to improve drastically (i.e: bedsheets not ironed in our room, dusty wardrobe, cobweb on the window, stains on towels, to point out a few!...)

Lovely room, though I think one room smells of damp but my room was perfect. Beautiful area. Enjoyable stroll to the centre and lovely park right by the building.

Diabolical.Even by hostel standards in Siberathis place should be shut down. It’s filthy. The mattress is covered in stains. Dust everywhere. Stinks of damp. Place is run down and you may need to be desperate to stay here.Owners ;Really, you’re ripping people of who are limited to where to stay with this rubbish. It disgraceful.Literally stay in student accommodation, hostel or YMCA (I’m not kidding) and it will be better.
