We stayed in the two bed flat 19. It was modern and spacious plus very clean. It’s a great location for a stroll around the park or a leisurely walk into town. It has everything you need for a short stay. The downside was that it was noisy as an outside theatre backs onto our room and it proved difficult to get off to sleep. The bed was also very hard. The bathroom had good water pressure although the shower didn’t drain very well and the water soon was at the top of the shower tray. We’d certainly book here again due to location but would be prepared not to sleep.

My partner and I stayed here for one night while going to see a concert in Cardiff Castle, and we thought the apartment was great. Everything seemed brand new, the room was very clean and facilities were more than you'd ever need (the kitchen was bigger than ours at home!). The man that checked us in was very friendly and even checked on us after we checked in which was nice (apparently the guests the night before had a curry and it left a strong smell, but it was fine when we arrived). The bed was very comfy and it was really nice having the sofa and table to eat after our night out! The only drawback for us was that the shower was a bit cold, but because it was about 22 degrees in Cardiff that day it was quite nice, and the room got quite hot and it didn't seem to cool that much with the windows open, again neither ended up being that much of a problem for us, but at either end of the extreme weather we get in Wales, they might've caused an issue.Overall, our stay was great, it was more like an airbnb than a hotel (which would've been triple the price!), the location was fantastic, super quiet but not far from the centre and the price was such a bargain. Thanks for making our trip nice and comfortable!

Great location and accomodation! I was set to check-in on a weekend and Ewelina reached out to confirm I was tracking how to access my self check-in. She was very responsive and helped coordinate check-in and parking. The apartment was a great size for two people and very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to city centre!

Nice place to stay. Dont park in bay 5 if someone to left of you. Not easy to get out. Apartment 17 was nice. Bed comfortable enough, kitchen reasonable except dishwasher had error code, shower lovely. Tv remote batteries dead. Tv needs a retune. Tv too high on wall. Fan needs a clean. Covered in dust and just doesnt blow. Enjoyed stay though. Will come back near christmas likely.

Ideally located with wonderful apartments including a well-equipped kitchen. Good community/safe feel. Could have benefited from another dryer in the laundry room and perhaps enough airers available for every apartment.

Customers are liars apparently. No hairdryer in the room despite being displayedNobody on call over the weekend to help - call the emergency line and you get someone who can do NOTHING in Glasgow!Hot water was like warm on the FridayStone cold on the Saturday - told I’m a liar and don’t know how to work a shower by their “support” or therefore lack OF!Towels were stained.Bathroom wasn’t very clean eitherHonestly it was just dreadful! (Eye roll moment)Apartment is ok, reeks of travel lodge, all the info is incorrect and their payments process is pathetic. Clearly just dodging paying Expedia and booking any money making customers pay by link!Honestly would never even consider booking this place again. I couldn’t wait to leave.

Worst apartment ever stayed here for 2 nights people next door to us kept us up all night partying till all hours of the morning there is no one to ring up to report a issue no problems with the room bar from there's no heating to dry clothes if you get wet, even the location is so far away from the city if your disabled

Great studio room a short walk from the city centre or there was a bus stop right outside.Good facilities with everything we needed. A really good size for two people and the beds were converted into twins. The room was lovely and clean - so much nicer than a hotel room. Nice they provided tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and washing up things including dishwasher tablets.Found it a little hot. We could open windows and there was a fan but unfortunately it was a muggy day so room still a bit too warm, even overnight.Richard on reception was friendly and helpful.

Great apartments on Cathedral Road. The bedroom, bathroom and cooking facilities were immaculately clean. Richard the host was there to greet us on arrival and on checkout to ensure our stay was ok. Will definately return

Yes it’s an apartment be we booked an apartment rather than a hotel room for a bit more space and some laundry facilities as we travelled through the uk. The room was the size of a hotelRoom and just over furnished. Yes it has a dinning table and a couch but they were unusableThe king bed is not a king. It’s tiny and very uncomfortableThere is also no common area in the building were a member of the family can sit and let others sleep - this can be key if jet lag is involved.Parking is a challengeIn short we booked for good nights sleep and more space and got neitherHowever all staff I interacted with were very nice people and service was good and the location is good
