Arrived to a warm welcome from Joe. I stayed in Room 5 which had a lovely view overlooking the South Beach. The odd sea fret didn’t spoil it either. Loved the breakfast being delivered to the room. I think more B&B places could offer this as an option. The room was spotless. Strongly recommend anyone to stay here.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Joe at the reception. He was very helpful and gave us all the details we needed throughout our stay.Our room had plenty of facilities which made our stay exceptional. It was thoroughly cleaned and had plenty of coffees, biscuits and tea etc. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of space and the room was the perfect temperature to sleep in. The breakfast baskets were outstanding with everything cooked to perfection. We needed extra hangers in our wardrobe and joe was more than happy to help. Our room was serviced everyday with our bed made to high standard and to ensure all the towels, bins and cups were clean with the replenishment of the condiments. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone. The rooms are very high quality and great value for money. We will be staying again.Thank you to all the staff for the incredible stay!Room 2

Excellent large bedroom, everything lovely and clean. Breakfast served in a basket every morning was great especially the breakfast bap. 1 minute from the sea and 5 minutes for the centre. Would definitely recommend.
