We paid £145 per night for a suite. The website said it was supposed to be £200.Had high hopes but we were quite disappointed. It said room with a view but there was no view. Also no breakfast and they have no parking, so its extra £9 per 24hrs for parking.Room was very dated.Paint chipped and marked all through. Bird poo on the windows.Furniture marked.Grout on floor tiles missing. The sitting area was poor and the furniture very dated and bad quality. Headboard on the bed was marked although the bed was comfortable and bedding clean.Carpet dirty.Shower had a black hair on the shower head.Very poor even for the discounted price.

Great location. Decent room but very basic and small. Shower was useless and dribbled out. No curtains just blinds so it was very bright in the early morning. Not much service provided. Room was boiling and in the loft. …

I had an update on booking.com app less than two weeks before the stay, followed by a brief email and a horrendously bad phone not at one point of contact was there a sincere apology. …

We had booked a double room in July for the September Iron man event. When we arrived we found the building closed and deserted. Turns out they had canceled all rooms 2 weeks before hand and decided not to inform the third party booking site we had used. If you're going to allow third party bookings maybe... just maybe make sure you can inform thenn when you're canceling the rooms so that customers don't have to travel for 4 hours to find they have no where to say. Also hotel manager on the phone said "I don't know what you want me to do, we canceled your room" with absolutely zero care or empathy for the fact it was completely his fault and left us with no where to stay at 4pm on one of Tenbys busiest weekends.

Stayed for 1 night with partner. Awful experience. We stayed in the basement room. No hand soap in toilet and barely any toilet roll. The hotel was unmanned so we had to go to a local supermarket nearby to buy these ourselves. …

We arrived on the 10/09/22 for a one night stay, to find the hotel closed and empty. After multiple attempts to contact the hotel, I managed to contact the owner. I said that we were due to book in at 3:00 but couldn’t find a way into the building. His response was unapologetic and blunt, informing me that all bookings were cancelled on the 28th of August and their was nothing he could do now. We received no notification of a cancellation from OYO or the third party booking site we got the room through. I hoped we would be able to receive a refund so we could book somewhere else, but we are still waiting to hear back from either side on how we receive this. Nightmare.

So much promise but they let themselves down on several fronts.Room was tired with signs of damp on the ceiling in several places. Furniture was tired but functional.Big let down was advertising breakfast availability but when asked about it, simply told we are not doing breakfast - why not remove the signs from the rooms?Bedside lamp not working and after several attempts to locate a replacement bulb, we gave up as they couldn’t find the right size / fitting. On the plus side - excellent location - couldn’t be better! Also, free coffee from reception.Would I stay again - no.Was it value for money - not really.

So so disappointed. Everything was spotlessly clean, the chap on reception fantastic but went down hill after that.Mattresses might be new but bed creeked like hell.In this day and age I don't expect to go down to reception in the morning to get s cuppa. The site is in prime location, but the owners should have a good look at the facilities they offer for the high price they charge. So basically we paid £111.00 to sleep in a room, where I had to go down stairs to get cuppa. Not on, so sad as this place could be a little gold mine. Apologise to the lovely man at reception as he was very nice.

Wonderful welcome by a lovely lady on arrival, extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Location was fantastic, everywhere within walking distance. Room was a bit dusty but overall clean and tidy. Coffee machine in reception was a nice touch
