We visited this place for food during our stay in Laugharne as it had been recommended by a lovely lady called Pam. The family atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. The staff were very helpful and service was prompt. …

Previous reviews were really good. But didn’t expect such a warm welcome. From first message on fb to arriving for first pint and then food. Warm, friendly, happy place. It was quiz night and what a ball. …

On a wet Monday evening we weren't sure if anywhere in Laugharne would be doing food as the town was very quiet. The minute we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. …

We had a great night in the Mariners last week, our first time in the pub for years!Firstly, the service and everyone in the pub was brilliant. Super friendly, good fun and very attentive. The pub is dog friendly and Florrie got lots of attention! The food was okay. I had whitebait to start which was lovely but was maybe a slightly small portion for £8, by my reckoning.I decided to have a pizza for my main and went for the Perl Las and Parma Ham which was a great combination and very tasty. If anything there was too much cheese on the pizza as it was very rich and tender to all come off in one bite! The pizza base was disappointing though. The edges were crispy but the bottom was doughy / bready and it was presumably store bought / pre-made. So, a pizza of two halves - very tasty but not perfect! The quiz was great fun (hats off to the quizmaster!) but probably could have been a bit longer. Another round or two would have been great, but it was well attended and booking is essential if you are going to the pub on quiz night.Overall, would absolutely recommend 👍

Delicious food, good service and nice atmosphere. We ordered steak & ale pie with mushed potatos and peas. It was hot, came with additional sauce and we didn't have to wait long.

We visited several times during our week long stay in Laugharne and found the food excellent and the service very friendly. Our older teens particularly enjoyed the chicken goujons basket bites with chips, so much so we kept coming back 😂. The halloumi burger was my particular favourite.

Nice pub, bad food.Service was very fast , nice staff and nice looking pub however my pizza was sloppy, and bland. The chips were nice but that’s about it. I can’t say much about other items on the menu though. Reasonably priced food and drink too.

Great meals at reasonable prices. Best nachos I've ever had. Lots of choices for gluten free food also.

Went to the New Three Mariners on three evenings whilst staying in Laugharne.Really friendly and welcoming staff behind the bar and a good selection of beers on tap.Tuesday nights they do a curry and a pint for £12.50, lamb or chicken ( I had chicken) a decent curry served with chips or rice. The main menu is varied and the food was well cooked and served nice and hot.A lot of the menu is also Gluten Free or has a gluten free option so a good option for anyone with an intolerance. The pub is also dog friendly so we were able to take our pup with us for food and drinks. Will definitely go back if we return to the area
