The Host is Super kind and helpful in another words professional.The location is close to the train station, all shops and places despite the fact that the apartment is up the hill from the main road.Full details were sent before arrival, an email has been sent on all days to check if we need anything.Sooo helpfull and answers any question or inquiry in no time.Would definitely recommend them, and will book again when visiting Swansea 😇❤️🙏🏻

Its a 3 bedroom house equipped with all essential amenities. I stayed with my family for 3 weeks. Wifi is good; I used wifi for work purpose and never faced any issue. There were few maintenance issues which were promptly addressed. KG Inspired Properties online support was always available through WhatsApp or phone calls. This house has a nice terrace; one can use to relax during sunny afternoons.Its near train station but located on a hill. We found it difficult to walk uphill with suitcases. But if someone is travelling with a car or taxi, this wont be an issue.City Centre is within 10 minutes walking distance. Overall a good experience.Just one feedback to property owner. Mattress in main bedroom is not so good and needs replacement.

I arrived with my family on the 23rd July 2022 for my daughter's graduation. Our stay was so pleasant and very exciting because we stayed in a fantastic accommodation that was just like a home from home. We had everything we needed to make our stay a memorable one. The rooms were just adequate, the living room and the kitchen equipped with all the necessary facilities. The wifi was also fast. The keepers of Pleasant Hill property are really in touch with reality! They know exactly what travellers need to make they trip an unforgettable one. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Swansea.

This property was chosen as we were working in Swansea and it was perfect. It had obviously been cleaned to a very high standard before we arrived and nothing could be faulted. The living and kitchen areas had everything we needed, it was like a home from home.

Fabulous experience: the property managers gave pretty clear insturctions prior to our stay. They also gave very in-time and clear repsonses for all our requests and questions in the course of our trip. The house is cozy, in line with the description. Location is quiet. Stuff in the kitchen are clear and in order. We had a good stay there.
