Myself and my partner ended up frantically booking this establishment after a date mix up at another hotel Due to how busy Clacton was that weekend, this was our only option. …

dirty throughout, bed had bugs, strong smell of wee and other stuff through the pipes, dodgy electrics, damp, stuck on a curfew as doors are locked at 10.30 PM so couldn't enjoy the facilities the town had to offer, the security guard come DIY and everything else very rude and arrogant as well as his obnoxious wife ( will never stay there again,I don't know who they bribed to get on the trust list). The owner was very rude and only interested in money , and young female residents and placed a ban on people conversing on and with in a 30 foot radius of said property.my advice steer clear of The Beeches, Ellis road, Clacton on sea.Definitely not luxury or kid friendly.score out of 10-100

After a mix up with dates, another one ‘booked’ with Expedia, but on arrival there was no room! I desperately needed a room for myself and my elderly mother. Saturday 13th August was hot and there was a carnival, Clacton was packed. …

The Beeches in our case proved to be another property owned by manager. It was in the process of being refurbished and it seemed that we were the only 'guests'. …

Very rude and unprofessional on the phone. The money for the room for 12 hours 22:00 to 10:30 was not worth it. Third party booking made an error and and both took advantage of policy. Disappointing and clearly do not have care for the service they provide with no empathy towards anything they do.
