Great campsite and Scout HQ. Been several times for events and camping. Lots of history on site to see and learn about. Good camping facilities and areas with great views on some. Woodlands with lots of wildlife.

Wonderful experience just being at this historical spot. Home of Scouting worldwide, you can feel the history here. The location is very nice, and there is a footpath that borders the property. There are wild stag and some woods on the grounds.Easy access by public transport from London.Well worth the visit.

The stay was fine. I didn't like the pillows though. Everything is clean The restaurant was closed so I had to find another place for dinner. Breakfast was small and a little cold. No fresh bread only for the toaster.
