Delightful B&B in a perfect location! Great host in Paul, didn’t meet Clare. Well thought out and comfortable accommodation with fabulous bath. Good size so not bumping into each other. Breakfast excellent and nothing seemed too much trouble. Definitely recommend

The room was very clean with a to die for bath very well presented and looked after . Lots of little details made the stay very worthwhile the views ,the ducks and the mini fridge with cold water and fresh milk .Breakfast in the morning was very good as well the book of phots of the history of the mill was fantastic as well .

Visited again for my birthday and just as enjoyable as the last time. Paul and Claire incredibly friendly and enthusiastic hosts, and the location of the Mill House superb. Breakfast was cooked to perfection. Could not have wished for any more. Will no doubt visit again.

We often visit Long Melford as we have family in the area. We've stayed in other places but now we always choose The Mill. For us, it feels like home away from home. The Garden Room is beautiful and has everything we need including a private garden in the summer and a log burner in the winter. Spotlessly clean with lovely lux touches Iike the toiletries, coffee and the local info and recommendations provided elevate it above the other places we have stayed. We come and go as we please. Parking is easy. A short walk to restaurants and attractions. Paul is a marvellous host and breakfast is fantastic. We've just booked our fifth stay.

Spent a lovely couple of days here. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed, but the bathroom just went above and beyond our expectations - really special. Breakfast was delicious, the service was so friendly and welcoming. Five minutes' walk into Long Melford with its great pubs and restaurants. We hope to be back soon.

We had a lovely second trip to this fabulous B & B. Very comfortable bedroom with lovely bathroom. Very spacious with own garden, set in a very pretty location. You won't find a better place. With a nicer host. Met in the car park with a broad smile, offering to carry bags. Walking into the suite, no stone was left unturned in terms of quality. Everything we need. Peace and guilt, books full of local information. Amenities a short walk away. And a smashing cooked breakfast. Thanks to Paul and Claire. Definitely going back here.
