Booked a year in advance for 8 people, to be told a week before arrival that our booking is cancelled, hotel will not answer any phone call and the OYO chain read from a script.Not professional or helpful in anyway.

The little things,First of all was greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk who showed us to our room.There is 2 parking spaces and we was lucky to get one of them, peak times you would need to park off-site which is a downsize.The room was perfect so spacious, stayed in the superior double (the bridal suit) nice sofa, big bed, bathroom with shower AND bath.The little details were brilliant. Shower gels, bubble bath and lotions, about 3 types you could chose from. Lovely little outside area with table and chairs, even provided sun loungers which we unfortunately didn't get to use because of the weather.Only negative was there was nowhere to store clothes apart from a rail, which lacked hangers. However we didn't mind this as everything else was perfect.30 seconds away from the pier and 2 mins from the town. Brilliant locations.We didn't hear any noise from our room apart from seagulls but what do you expect from a sea front hotel.Would definitely recommend staying here

We stayed in the bridal suit for one night. Very clean and comfortable however not enough plug sockets, WiFi didn't work, room had far to much furniture in it. We didn't like that there was no reception and had to check in at the bar for all customers whilst drinking and enjoying their day could hear everything that has being said. Lack of places to park was a let down even though there is a paying car park in next street for £12 a night. Very loud of an evening due to being near clubs that go on till 2am. No option of breakfast ! Thankyou for the overnight stay but won't be staying again

Stayed in the bridal suite for 2 nights. Pretty room however Nowhere at all to put clothes..no hanging space cupboard nothing. Only one plug socketRoom was cute but fact couldn't hang clothes up was annoying and couldn't use hairdryer near dressing table as no pluf sockets. No car park..left it on front and was covered in bird poo so had to have car cleaned. Won't be staying again.

When booked was saying free toiletries and hair dryer , when got showed to room we was but shocked how small it was , there was plastic hangers that broke soon as u hang your coat , no bedside cabinets , bathroom was tiny in the shower we had someones left shower gel half a bottle, on the firsts night we had no sleep as the bed was very creaky and uncomfortable also loud screaming and talking coming from the place opposite, heating was behind headboard so was very warm on head , sorry but would not stay here again 😒

Dated on the outside, very pleasant host and I was very pleasantly surprised on how clean the room was, very comfy bed, TV signal not great but that didn’t bother me too much . I would definitely stay here again

Stayed for one night with my son to go to an event at the theatre. Ideal location for local amenities. Can't fault the price for two adults/out of season. Scored 4 for service only because we didn't require any service. Nice, clean, fresh room with a good size bathroom and electric shower. Nice to be shown into the room on arrival. Can't remember that ever happening in a hotel before!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spotless and quiet. Don’t think I’ve slept that well in a very long time. Was lovely after a day of travelling to relax in a comfy bed and watch TV. Me and my husband travelled down to visit family and it was a perfect location. Close to everything you need. Would definitely book again.

Have just got home after staying 2 nightWe stayed in the deluxe room and it was a great place to stay, the room was brilliant, the bed was comfortable and really nice having the outside spaceI have seen in other reviews about the noise, but it was not over the top and you have to expect some noise when staying on the seafrontThe location was great and the staff very friendlyWill definitely be returning
