I booked online for the 19th December, and the hotel took my money. I instantly realised that it was 19th December 2025, not 19th December 2024 (the calendar doesn't actually show the year unless you drill down) and contacted the hotel to ask if they could please change it to this year, not next (exact same date, correct year). I've now emailed them twice, phoned three times and asked booking.com to help, but have had no help whatsover. I finally gave them a three day notice, that I would start leaving one star reviews everywhere I could think of, and still no response! Actually having now read the reviews others have left after staying there, it's probably a blessing in disguise.

Avoid! Dirty so couldn't stay, hairs in the bed etc. Person on site said they couldn't help. Provided photos to the owner after leaving and requested a refund which wasn't ever received they then ignored all correspondence from then on.

Booked this place to have few hours rest in between flights... before booking I called them to make sure we can check Iin early about 9 am . Man said thru the phone 9 may be to early but we wpuld definitely have room as of 10 am so I booked it !Landing in London calling property to find out all rooms was booked and there was no room for as even tho I payed in advance ... ( we had 10 h before next flight ... I wasn't very happy ...man said he can send us to his sister hotel were there would be room for us ...had to pay extra money for early check in there... room was very cold , no heating on , not to mention they airport transfer was absolutely stinking of piss and in the end I was charged 25 £ for a can of Pepsi...if I didn't notice that wouldn't be refunded and explanations for it was he put 25 £ instead of 2.50 but can a coke is 2£ there ... absolute joke this place !!! Do not recommend

My first nightmare hotel experience. We went there for one night before our flight and it was absolutely terrible.When we arrived, there was no one to greet you, no reception. There were no check-in rules sent from the host through booking or email.The room was the worst I have been in through all my years of travel. There were stains everywhere on the ceiling, dark mold in the bathroom, and holes in the wall. In a few places, there was clumsy woodworking work done to hide piping and heating, I can only imagine what nightmarish creatures live behind those. There is also ticking noise coming from the heater that goes on throughout the whole night.It was a complete nightmare and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Great place for stay, very close to airport. Bus stop just in front of Stanwell. Trip to STN airport by bus 4 minutes, by foot 30 minutes.

Do not stay here host extremely abusive because we asked for pillows to be changed they were disgusting kettle unusable had to go to Harlow and buy pillows and kettle because he refused to change take my advice DO NOT STAY HERE I wouldn’t give any stars but i had to press one to post

Definitely don't go here!!! We had a paid reservation and when we got to the place at night, after about 20 minutes a drunken owner arrived who was quite unpleasant and told us that we didn't have any rooms reserved. He probably went to his room and left us standing on the street at 10:00 p.m. We found that it offers more rooms than it has available. Booking took care of us and provided us with alternative accommodation at the airport. If I can recommend you, avoid this accommodation.

BEDBUGS- DO NOT STAYGot home and discovered bedbugs (sheets did not seem recently washed as there were hairs on the pillows). The hotel manager refuses to offer compensation as he claims that the I could have gotten the bites anywhere.Also, I booked the hotel based on the website saying there would be a “shuttle service” but this is not true. There is a public bus that only goes sometimes. This completely defeated the purpose of booking a hotel close to the airport.Do not be cheated by the convenient location and cheap price- avoid this place at any cost.

Owner was very rude .no bell on gate to ring to say we were there had to wait for him .no window in room .no light by bed ,had to getup and go to light switch and walk on a dirty floor .small kitchen was disgusting and dirty everything was falling to bits .kettle filthy.2 tubes of milk ,1 coffee and 2 sugars few tea bags nothing in a dish just left on not clean work top ..bathroom 2 satchets of soap so if you washed your hands in sink only 1 left for 2 people to shower which we didn't bother as it was filthy ,all black and moldy around wood work .tap in sink when switched on leaked all over the place ,no working smoke alarm ,tv not working he said the engineers did not turn up again .it said bed and breakfast ,but it wasnt .bed did not feel clean .never go there again .
