We enjoyed a really relaxing stay here. Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and a bonus to be able to eat outside in the sunshine! Hosts were very welcoming but without being intrusive. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

I stayed here for 1 night with some friends and thought it was a really lovely, clean and well looked after property. Looks very new due to the owners amazing upkeep. Hosts were very helpful and attentive. Lovely quiet location.Continental breakfast was lovely and fresh and brought to our rooms at a specified time. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable and we will definitely be looking into visiting again sometime soon.

We stayed 1 night at the suites and absolutely loved it! James and Bev couldn't have been more helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the general up keep of the place was fantastic. The bowl of fruit, selection of hot drinks and breakfast items were a really lovely touch too. Thank you for a much needed relaxing stay 😌

For our wedding in December 2023, I booked for myself and my bridesmaids to stay at Pannells Ash Barn for 2 nights- thank goodness we did! From booking on the phone to when we actually turned up, they were so warm and welcoming- it felt like we were staying with family. They personally talked us through all the amenities and couldn't do enough to help us. From catering to gluten free, hanging my wedding dress to get rid of wrinkles and just creating such a wonderful atmosphere, it was honestly the perfect morning and I am so greatful. I would definitely stay again!

We stayed for 2 nights over my sisters wedding.The owners were very welcoming and lovely. They provided gluten-free options to one of our party (who would love to oatcake reciepy) and were very helpful when another one of our party thought she left something.The rooms were clean and well decorated. The veiw was lovely.The service was really great especially after we had made a fair bit of mess the morning of the wedding. Thank you so much.

When people say it was like home from home, what their really saying is, it was immaculately clean, friendly, and warm welcome, everything you could wish for. I don't want to rave too much, or it will be booked solid next time we want to visit. See you soon hopefully.

Very late review (apologies) - but stayed here for one night in April as a birthday celebration for my partner.From booking, to leaving, James and Beverley were outstanding hosts.My partner and I were over the moon with our choice, after spending hours trawling through online searches to find somewhere as a retreat for the evening, for a special occasion to unwind and leave day-to-day stresses of life behind. Pannells Ash did just that…We stayed in Room 1, which has the view which was just stunning and tranquil.Spotlessly clean, those words don’t even give fair justice just to how immaculate Pannells Ash is.Well equipped, kettle, mini fridge with all essentials (and little luxuries!) - same goes feor the shower/bathroom. Full of little luxuries to give that finishing touch!I chose to hire the hot tub for the evening as an add-on and to sit and just listen, to nothing, was what was needed. All the stars were out too and really grounds you.The breakfast in the morning was again, delicious, special and Beverley was attentive and couldn’t do enough.The place itself is stunning, I honestly couldn’t wish for better and it’s a firm fond memory that will stick with us, that we speak very highly of.James was very knowledgable of places to eat locally, which didn’t disappoint.Bed was comfy, clean and there was plenty of room to store items, or sit and relax on the chairs.I personally, really loved the natural light coming in and the stunning view.The gravel leading to the suites was a brilliant touch also, as it meant no muddy footwear! We came when it wasn’t the warmest, weather wise and the stones/gravel entrance was a great alternative to saving our footwear!We truly wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back again.It really was perfect and a little piece of heaven.Thanks for a memorable stay, Ramon and I truly enjoyed getting to know a little about you both and thanks for being impeccable hosts at your beautiful rooms.
