Clean and comfortable hotel. Room warm and stuffy due to windows not opening. Very central to town centre. Couldn't check inn till 3. 30 due to house keeping shortages.Found the bar staff downstairs to be quite rude an abrupt, had to deal with them a few times as there is no receptionist but this wouldn't put me off staying again .

Sub standard service. Check in was suppose to be at 3pm which is expected for premier inn but arrived early and waited till 3 to be told room wasn’t ready and to take a seat and they will come and get me once ready. 40 mins later no one had come and had to ask again if ready and had to take all my details again, they had totally forgotten I was there. Breakfast was very disappointing and hardly had anything available with long waits for stuff to come out. Stayed a few days and rooms were not cleaned daily. It was very clear the housekeeping staff was overwhelmed and prioritised new guests. It’s disappointing to leave this review as I’ve had such good experiences with premier inn in the past

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Hotel is super clean and well presented. Rooms are more spacious than some Premier Inns that we've stayed in. Breakfast is really well done and super efficiently managed. One of the best, if not the best, Premier Inn we've stayed at!

Enjoyed our recent stay here. Very small car park, luckily we got a space £12.50 per 24hrs. There’s a very small long stay car park right next door @ £8.50 per 24 hrs.  …

We had to book to the premier Inn at Keswick a few months beforehand as it is expensive compared to other premier inns in the area. The reason is that it is located on the edge of the town centre, so ideally located to walk into town. When we arrived, our room was not ready and we were advised to come back later. This was after the time we were advised (3 pm).In the morning, the breakfast seemed disorganised with staff hurrying around trying to stock up the food. The cooked breakfast items were not ready at the same time, so eggs and hash browns were not out, and when they were available, sausages weren't!I never saw any croissants for the hour we were there, so felt short changed. All in all, great location but service left a lot to be desired. We will still try and return because of the location.

- Car Parking is far too small and you will be fined if you hang about for less than ten minutes trying to pay (if you do find a spot)||- The accessible room is on the top floor? …

Perfect location for walking into Keswick or exploring further into the lakes. Modern build so facilities are still very up together, the bathroom was nice and clean with a waterfall shower head and the option to switch to hand held. Staff were friendly and seemed happy to be there. The in house restaurant is adequate given the accessibility of other food places just down the road. We found the food well cooked and served in good time. For parking we opted to park across the river at the pencil museum and pay for a week's pass at £40.

The car park is far too small and you will be fined very quickly for trying and failing to find a space in the cramped area. If you use the car park next door, there is no signal to access the website to pay and even if you are parked for less than ten minutes you will receive a £60 - £100 fine. The accessible room is on the top floor. The lifts were faulty on the day of our departure so wheelchair users would struggle to evacuate the building in the event of a fire, let alone go downstairs for breakfast! The desk also advised non-disabled guests to use disabled parking if they couldn't find a space since 'we don't own that car park anyway!'.
