Since there is no staff, if you have a problem it may not be resolved quickly, but I didn't have one, so everything was great.A large and bright room, well heated with a radiator and a also very good bathroom with all the bathroom products available. If I return to Cardiff I would repeat.

Absolutely disgusting place to stay.. used tampon in the bathroom. When we sent a message to tell the staff we were told they would have seen it when cleaning. Certainly didn't see it. Dust on the blinds so thick, broken lampshade.|AVOID don't stay here customer service is an absolute disgrace.

Absolutely disgusted in the attitude of this hotel, two yellow weather warnings and a named storm a major event cancelled in large international venue due to health and safety concerns and they say the weather is fine and no cancellation or alternative dates available!!!! Look elsewhere

Fantastic!!Huge rooms, styled very elegantly with no uneseccary fussiness. The host was amazing. Great communication. Really reactive to any questions and requests and went above and beyond to accommodate us.The location is great. Really lovely area with plenty of nice coffee shops, pubs and places to eat. Directly opposite a beautiful park and easy walking distance to the Castle and the City Centre.Next trip to Cardiff we'll be booking here again.

Cheap and cheerful quick stay room. Comfy bed, great bathroom and shower. Super simple arrival entry system. Right next to a great pub. Great artwork.Internet TV did not work due to slow/bad connection.Curtains were broken and difficult to close.Trying to find manual TV controls and fix the curtains found a LOT of dust. A LOT!Otherwise really pleasant.

It is a type of hotel that has no staff, so there was no one to tell you that the television was not working, nor the table lamp. Furthermore, they did not have any type of bath product, not even a shower gel.

Stayed at the Coach House. Really great location and was probably lovely a couple of years ago but really shabby and grubby now. Broken blinds, mirrors, even bottle opener. Electric showers so not great to start with but one had a broken control so either boiling or cold water. Bed was comfy though.

Stayed here for one night, and it was fantastic. The staff were very welcoming, and explained anything that we were unsure about. The room was fantastic, and a great price for a suite in Cardiff centre for a Saturday night! We also had a fantastic breakfast in the morning too, we are looking forward to booking again when we come back to the city!

Location was great - 5-10 mins walk from city centre. Though the rooms were a bit old, with a rather odd choice of using metallic bed side tables. The plastic kettle was awful - the water had a strong taste of plastic and we didn’t dare drink water from the kettle. Also lacked a hair dryer.

We stayed 2 nights. 4 adults. The place was very easy to get to, free parking on the street and great walking distance to the castle and the centre of the city! The rooms were clean and the kitchen well equipped.
