Wouldn't recommend or go back to All Seasons. The only interaction with the owners is on the phone so it feels like a very impersonal experience.Their website says they can hold luggage but upon arrival was told they wouldn't be able to because they weren't on site. And offered no options for luggage upon checkout. We also asked for a second duvet but this either ignored or was unable to be accommodated.The rooms were fine but very basic for the price, and no services like laundry were available. So very minimal service overall offered at this accommodation.The only positive was the location, very close to the train station. And easy to get around Windermere.

My stay at this so-called "hotel" was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff were incredibly rude and utterly unhelpful. Don't even bother trying to store your luggage here, despite what their misleading website claims. The staff aren't even on-site, so the best they can do is offer a half-hearted "sorry" and suggest you leave your belongings at a tourist information center—what a joke!The rooms? Basic doesn’t even begin to cover it. You can hear what sounds like water running through the pipes all night, which makes getting a good night's sleep impossible. And for the outrageous price they're charging, you'd expect at least a modicum of comfort, but this place doesn't deliver on any front.Honestly, if I were the owners of this so-called "hotel," I would seriously reconsider whether they should be in the hospitality business at all. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place like the plague. It's not worth a penny, let alone what they’re charging.

Hello everyone i booked a room here i put checkin time 2-3 pm. i was outside at 2pm they didnt opened the door it was raining bad ... I called on the reception she said i am coming in 2 mints i kept waiting for around 40 min but nobody came... i called back both number were switched off.. One the worst service.. Dont go thr.. red flag 🚩

Fantastic stay, fantastic location, fantastic host. Top top top. Unbeatable value too! Thank you so much to Michelle who was super friendly and accommodating. A mere 2 minutes walk from Windermere station. Will stay again if I’m back at the lakes. Highly recommend.

Really clean and comfortable. Michelle was very kind to let us pay full on the day itself as we were having issues for the online payment. Very responsive and accommodating when it comes to the stay, but now so much when asking more about the place and buses etc. Overall, still a very pleasant stay. The cleanest place we’ve stayed in by far in our trip, so that’s one you can definitely be guaranteed. Downside’s that there’s no microwave to reheat food.

Highly reccomend this little guest room. I stayed in all seasons rest - next door to the guest house. Fantastic little cosy rooms. Very comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy. Owners are fantastic and respond extremely fast. I had an issue gaining access (through not fault of the owners) and they came up and let me in! Stayed while working in bowness to avoid travelling in to cumbria and would happily book again if I needed to stay over for work!Perfect if your are just in need of a room! I cannot speak for the guest house attatched (as it is 2 seperate areas as one business), but I can presume it is just as cosy there as it was here :)Many thanks to Michelle and Chris for the convenience!

It's a really amazing place at a really prime and accessible location. Specially Michelle, the host, is really supportive and a gem of a lady. She went out of the way just to help us when the weather condition in the area was very bad and the public transportation was severely affected.

More like an Airbnb, you'll use a code to get into your room. Nice location, comfy bed & room. Location is excellent, right next to train station & city centre, nice cafe & restaurants nearby.

Be careful! If you want to put your luggages here after checkout, they accept only till 3pm. It turned out for us after checkin and we had to change the plan. But the location is good and the room is clean and affordable.

Very clean and very nice and quiet. A great kindness was to grant us an extra hour before checkout so we could truly enjoy the wedding we had come for 😊. I would stay there again! About 3-5 min from the trainstation. Had breakfast at the Cowshed around the corner, so I cant give a review of the breakfast that could be ordered.

Nice and cosy room (double en-suite , I think it was room-3). We stayed there during busy summer . Definitely recommend for couples. The kitchen was closed unfortunately, but there are lots of eating places nearby , so not to worry . They provide services like towels , tea/coffee sachets , hair dryer , TV in the room . Had a lovely stay there .
