First they wanted a cash deposit for the key, which we found strange. When we said we don't carry cash, they wanted us to leave our ID but we really needed this for the evening. …

Parasites such as bedbugs are a large part of this place. Management is just disappointing. Never again.

It's a cheap, no frills room in London. We chose this one as from the photos, it was the best one in the area for the price. It was neat and tidy and close to everything you need.

BEDBUGS! The hotel has bedbugs and multiple pest boxes. Emailed hotel to complain about this and never got a response. Boiling - not temperature control in rooms. Would not stay again.

This hotel is worth the money we paid. Travelled for a concert and the reception was really helpful and told use the best ways to get to the tube stations. We stayed in the 4 person room and it was spacious (bathroom maybe not). …

Booked this hotel as it was the closest to my destination, was told my room number with my confirmation email, I arrived earlier than was expected but reception let me have a room that was available, which helped me enormously. The gentleman on reception was absolutely fantastic, letting me have a room well before my time and getting me a taxi to get me to my destination in time. This may not be a 5 star hotel but for the price I would recommend it and I have to travel to London again I will be going back there.

Booked on Internet and received email and text confirmation by the hotel but cancelled accidentally for whatever reasons, only blaming myself for not paying too much attention. Manager offered me special price for a remaining 3-bed room. Checked in at counter. Wouldn’t expect too much for a two stars ‘hotel’. Breakfast coupon has to distribute until 8am when they start to work. Restaurant is somewhere else not in the hotel. Room hygiene is bad. Bath room has no hand held shower but overhead shower only, which means have to wet the hair each time. No shampoo provided. One time there was a man sitting on the floor in the corridor outside my room. I wouldn’t know whether he was a staff or a stranger. A tissue was there in the room ever since I checked in for two nights, but nevertheless it is a quiet hotel and location is good

Spent the night here. We had to leave either £20 deposit or I.D otherwise we could not stay. We did get a message prior saying we need to see a form of I.D. but did not mention that they will keep until you check out.Room was basic, water pressure poor, pillows were poor quality they were flat as a pancake.Breakfast was an absolute joke we walked out. It was in a pizza restaurant, the coffee was like warm at best. The menu was their evening meals. We asked for a breakfast menu and they didn't have breakfast menus. No cereal, fruit or continental breakfast on offer. Just got asked if you would like a Italian breakfast. For £90 I feel it was overpriced for what it actually is.
