Seriously disgusting. Due to the late nature of our booking we had to pay a very high price. Hence thought, that we’d have a sort of normal hotel. However, this wasn’t at all the case! It Was dirty, old, the window in the bathroom could not be closed ( It was -7°C), There were several hairs from strangers in the bed when we arrived…. I could go on and on

Horrible. There was dirt everywhere, there was hair in the bed and the trash cans weren't emptied. It was also cold in the room and you couldn't close the windows properly. Also very noisy.

Was pretty standard, Wasn't dirty or anything. soundproofing was pretty good as there was a party in the park over the road but you can't hear it with closed windows. Was not going to stay because of bad reviews but it's actually pretty decent. Had trouble with shower being a little hot, and had to park a little further away.

Location is the only good thing about it. Good place to run to the police station in any need.Ridiculous horrid, and filthy bedroom AND bathroom. Bed linens had hair and stains.OUTRAGEOUS ROOM SERVICE: after the room was ‘cleaned’ it was even dirtier than before. The bathroom door couldn’t even shut! The taps were MOULDY and GREASY. A low pressure shower with JUST ONE temperature setting. Sharp edges on the beds frame were TAPED! TAPED! Not good enough. Disappointing.Don’t even get me started on the disgusting floor. Barely any ventilation in the room. Definitely NOT value for money. The towels were appalling. The closest was broken!! Not planning on recommending to any of my friends who regularly come to this end of London.Would give no stars if I couldI don’t need your thanks for any feedback. 😊

The first night a mouse came out from under the bed, after calling the manager 3 times he told us that the next day he would see what he could do. Of course we packed up and left. The stay was refunded to me, but the managers of the facility, to avoid making me review the incident, declared on the site where I booked that we did not show up, "but since they are good-hearted they still refunded us the entire amount without withholding even what is due." Very bad.

Loud, dirty, old and broken. Outdated house with corresponding interior. Nice, hard-working staff. Just cold water for a day. …
