This hotel was a complete disaster. First, even though we had already paid for our room in advance, there were no rooms available when we arrived. They sent us to another hotel that was infested with bedbugs, which is completely unacceptable. To top it off, the man in charge was extremely rude throughout the entire process. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is now marketed as Lamont Hotel, but it's just as awful. Please avoid this place at all costs. We turned up and chose not to stay, after the hotel manager Ali showed us 3 rooms, each with a combination of the hobble conditions listed below. He didn't even dispute them as we pointed each one out. 1 - Brown smears on the pillows.2 - Mouse/rat droppings on the corners of most rooms we saw.3 - Large insects crawling over bedsheets in 2 of the rooms.4 - Dark stains on all mattresses when you pull the sheets back.5 - Black scuff marks on most of the walls. Item 5 on the list is the least of the issues, as it just makes the place look run down and very different to the photos. All other items are very serious, and I would discourage anyone from staying here until it has been inspected by the local authority environmental services team. For anyone even vaguely considering staying here, please don't. Just spend the extra £10 or £20 to stay somewhere round the corner thats clean. It's not worth risking your health. You'll only realise the mistake you made when its too late. This place is "nonrefundable" for a reason

Our stay at the King Garden Hotel was a complete nightmare. The room we were first assigned was filthy, with dirty sheets and towels. When we requested a different room, it was even worse—broken shower, old food left in drawers, and a broken window facing the avenue that left us feeling unsafe. The walls were dirty, and the fridge next to our room emitted a horrible smell when opened, making the situation unbearable. The entire experience was so distressing that we checked out after only 6 hours, unable to stay any longer. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

At first we couldn't even find the hotel because there is no sign or anything. The door was completely open, even the one to the reception. We arrived at 8 in the morning and they didn't show up until the afternoon. The room was in terrible condition, one bed was sagging downwards, there were a lot of cracks everywhere and the bathroom was of course shared with the apartment, we were lucky that there was no one else there. But a scam

Complete and absolute fraud. It is very tempting because of the location but please STAY AWAY. If you book through Booking it will say that the check-in time is 12 when in reality it is 15, so we had to waste 3 hours of useful time to visit London waiting for them. At that time there was no one in the reception but still the door to the "hotel" was completely open. We had booked a room with 2 beds for 4 people and a private bathroom, which we had already PAID FOR. When we got there, the very RUDE man said that they only had available a room for 2 people. They sell something that they don't have, which is illegal. After us, a family went to see their room and they left immediately, and he offered that room to us. The room ("for 4 people") was extremely small, filthy, had NO bathroom and NO LOCK!!!!! We left immediately because we were lucky enough to find another accommodation. To summarize, a complete scam which they orchestrate very meticulously, the fact that they let you cancel after your check-in time should already be a giveaway. P.s. I still have to get my money back, will update if I don't

They say they don't have the room when it has been reserved for a while. In addition to the fact that the check in was at 12. We arrived and no one was there, we called and were told that it was at 3 pm without prior notice and when we arrived they told us that they did not have the room. Bad place with shameful degrading staff.
