Extremely disappointing experience! I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. Our room was located in the basement and was dirty, with mold on the walls. The bathroom was also filthy, with a lot of mold everywhere. Right next to our room, there was a large bin for dirty laundry, filling the air with a terrible moldy smell. We couldn’t bear to stay even five minutes and checked out immediately. It was late at night, and we had to walk around for hours to find a different hotel. Avoid this place if you can!

Don't go to this hotel! It's crap. I called the hotel in advance for 2 days and said that I am very sensitive to dust and that the room must be very clean.... I enter the hotel door and the first thing I see is dust... In my head I think that no they should get an honest chance. I step into the room and it was a nightmare. DON'T GO THERE PLEASE. The room was just dust and the bed was full of bacteria. The toilet was a crime scene.. i cancelled this shity hotel and went out and booked a new one that was wonderful!! Clean and lovely

It's exactly what you expect for the price basically, lad on the front desk was very friendly, rooms OK, bit dated, TV wouldn't work but if you need somewhere to just rest your head on the cheap it's fine

Pretty shabby and very noisy hotel room. The bathrooms are clean, but smell like ancient sewers.Judging by the condition of the carpet, a lot of wild things have happened here. Sockets broken, the bed is sagging and squeaks. It's enough for one night if you don't have high expectations.

The location is great, just a short walk from Earl's Court station. There is no staff inside, check-in is done by sending a photo of the document to an email address. Our room was large, with minimal furniture and not in excellent condition. Very small bathroom, with two shelves poorly fixed in one corner. However, the assistance is good: we had a problem with the water in the shower, which was boiling hot. We reported it to the staff (you can use various messages or call), and everything was resolved within half a day.

Positive point: 200m from the metroNegative point: disgusting. The good impression of the facade contrasts with the unsanitary state of the room. Hair, hair, the vacuum cleaner didn't go through, it's not possible. Cardboard walls, you can hear the neighbors, the cleanliness of the shower leaves something to be desired and the water is difficult to control. Only cold water or boiling water. No mixer.Worst experience of our life.

The façade of the hotel is impressive, but the rooms are horrible. When we rolled the curtain, the bar fell, when we opened the shower, it fell apart completely, there were leaks in the bathroom and room, with no one at reception for five days when we were there, to claim, one towel per person for five days, the cleaning service, completely absent, the security of the rooms, a joke, the room without a closet, only a bar with two hangers, a bed and a table with the TV. Look for another hotel and don't trust the photos they put on the website.

Do not book this hotel if you expect a good night's sleep.First: spend around DKK 500 more per night and sleep well!We are called the day before and are told that they will send information about the door code to the front door and the room at 11 o'clock on the day of check in. As it is 12 o'clock we have not received anything and I call their service line - then I get the link. When we arrive at the hotel, we are greeted by a "lobby" with discolored gray carpet and a foul smell of sewage and hashish. The hallway to the rooms is narrow and smelly. There was a used diaper in one of the bins, which had been there for over a day, even though staff were walking around. The room we got was small, dirty and in no way maintained. There was a clothes hanger that hung askew, a television without a remote control, a window that couldn't be opened, a bed that was so dilapidated that half would be enough. On top of that, there was a smelly bed that we didn't dare explore further. Add! The roller blind was loose and was about to fall down when you rolled it up.We were given one roll of toilet paper and when we called in the morning for more and came back at 8pm there was still no toilet paper in the room.. add! Towels are not changed either.Out in the bathroom, chewing gum had been stepped on, the doors were loose and the shower door opened inwards and could not close.Besides that, the location is 10/10 compared to the metro.
