One of the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.Unclean, run down, dust was thick across sides of radiator and beds, mould all over the bathroom, pee stained tiles around the toilets, paint working chipped and peeling, tiles on the bathroom floor are cracked - cut my foot on a sharp piece. The health and safety obligations within the room were by no means obliged by (in this tiny twin room which wasn't big enough to swing a cat, was a bedside table queezed in between two tiny beds the table which not only acted as storage but also held the bedside lamp, kettle, and tea making utensils) - the kettle which sits directly at the head of your bed is one false move away from causing scalding or spilling into plug sockets which sit directly below the table. My quilt which belonged in the trash was stained throughout and smelt like sour milk. The windows are so delapitdated you can't tell the difference between it being open or closed.During our stay the fire alarm went off one evening, not one member of staff came up to the rooms to confirm everything was okay, they just left us to get changed and head for fire exits, even then we had to ask what was happening - to be informed "it's fake".The staff had absolutely no interest in helping guest. There was no phone in the room to call reception.Carpet on the stairs is health hazard; bits frayed and rolled up.Lift was vandalised. There is no safe storage for luggage, guest are told to leave bags in an unmanned area in reception.Guest were smoking in the hotel. You could hear every sound from the surrounding rooms.Shower was lukewarm and with no pressure - covered in limescale. We were charged at a medium range hotel rate for this flea pit.I give it 0/5

The hotel is a complete disaster... Unfortunately I can't give the location a good rating because the hotel operates the so-called secret garden in the inner courtyard, where it's ramba zamba until 3 a.m. every day.

Don't be fooled by the pictures on booking.com or other sites, this is just a facade. This hotel is dirty, poorly maintained, poorly staffed and poorly managed. Complaints are ignored and refunds are just wishful thinking. Foreign visitors should choose Premier Inn, Premier Plus or Holiday Inn who are professional and offer great value. I am angry that visitors to our country and capital go home disappointed and thinking that this is our standards.Faults in our room:*TV did not work*Hair dryer did not work*Kettle had no dedicated socket and was not PAT tested.*When it rained water ran down the wall from a crack under the window*Shower did not function properly* Shower was mouldy*Walls had squashed bugs on them.*Walls were dirty and marked.*Foot of the bed was about six inches from the wall.*Electrical wiring was questionable*Windows were filthy*Wardrobe was poorly built and unstable.Do yourself a favour, use tried and tested hotel chains who know what they are doing and have proper, professional management.

The rooms are small. Two people fit in, but luggage dont, so pack light! The Toilets are old and broken, in need for serious updating and there are no hooks on the walls to hang towels (or clothes in the room itself). The room service works well, as well as the cleaning. Coffee, tea and water available in the rooms (but you have to boil the water on the floor since there is no Electricity in the corners), the staff seemed friendly and helpful. The lounge and breakfast rooms are lovely. The location is perfect. Easy access from Earls court underground.

Don't rely on the photos. This hotel is gloomy and very noisy in the evening because there is a bar in the basement so there is noise until 3am. …

Very good location, courteous staff, daily cleaning and fresh towels, there were 5 people in a 6 bed room, of course not big, but this is London and we hadn't booked a 10 star hotel, breakfast with beans, scrambled eggs, sausages, bread rolls, toast , cheese, nougat, honey, muesli, jam, sweet pastries, didn't seem like much, but I was full until the evening. The rooms are clean, the hotel is quiet, there is a shisha bar in the courtyard. Everything is okay for the price, it's enough to sleep, you can also spend time in the lobby and the breakfast room.... We'll be back for the price, 300m further away a very large supermarket (chain: Sainsbury's), where you can find everything, and is open until 11 p.m. Monday to Saturday and until 5 p.m. Sunday. Thank you for the hospitality...
