If there was less than a star, I would give them. The mattresses and towels are very dirty, the room smells like alcohol, and the reception is very bad. The only excuse is the location or the hotel. You can take a riyal there and of course there is no one to help you with your bags. There are five floors and there is only one elevator, which I would never recommend.

I do not recommend this hotel at all, the service at the reception is pitiful, there is no one who speaks Spanish, they do not help you with the cart or open the door or anything, the room service is very bad, they do not clean under the bed that was Full of lint, dust, water bottles and a lot of shit, humidity in the room, the sheets in the five days we have been there have not been changed, it is the same as the first time I go to London to a hotel and I smoke in the room, let's go more In the room at the window, a young blond guy who I don't know his name came up with a big security guy and they told me that I had to pay 500 pounds for having smoked. I asked him please that I had no idea how that worked and that If you couldn't let it stay like that, it would be a reprimand that wouldn't happen again and he told me no that I had to pay it and in the end Page, I asked several hotels with the same characteristics as how much they penalized you and they told me it was 250 pounds at most, this hotel is shameful, even so they have recommended that I report the hotel and the person who imposed the sanction on me and I am going to report them because 500 pounds seems excessive to me, which is another week in the hotel.The only positive thing about that hotel is that they send you to eat and have breakfast at the hotel next door to the sound bar and there are people who speak Spanish, we were assisted by a manager who did know Spanish, a young blonde who attended to us and helped us in everything possible and some waiters the same, I also want to highlight a Brazilian girl who was at breakfast who behaved especially well with us.

Frankly speaking, the only advantage is that it is located near Oxford and Mayfair. As for other advantages, there is none. The room service is excellent, and there is no one to help you with your things, and they do not clean the room until after you call and ask. I called once, and it was not until the second day, and I arrived late, around 5 o’clock, + a hotel to sleep in. But they do not have restaurant and coffee facilities + the elevator is slow and only one + the behavior of the employees is unprofessional + I called the reception in Morocco and asked for water. The employee told me no water on the first day, but on the other days you will pay 1 pound. Then I called again to ask for water. The employee replied and said 4 pounds, which is 300 ml. Only in the end, high value for nothing 😂😂😂😂

Very rude staff, when a concern was being shared, they did not accept their mistake, rather, they were arguing about it. Hair strands were found on the towels in the washroom , which was being given as a new room to us . The same was being informed to the manager immediately instead of apologising He started arguing. The construction work started in the adjacent room in the morning at 8 AM without prior intimation to the guest. No one was there to address this concern, and it was unnoticed . The manager was extremely rude .

Enjoyed my stay very much. The staff looked after us and Ricardo went out of his way to be extremely pleasant and asked me on many occasions if everything was to my satisfaction. Felt at home and know that this hotel would be my go to place every time I come to London

The rooms are clean, but the reception staff responds without a breath, and the second elevator is ruined, and I also told them about the price of drinking water. The reception said it was 3 pounds, and another one of them we spoke to said no, it was 4 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!The pigeons were escaping water, and the shower was ruined, escaping water still. *The hotel is bad, bad, bad, but the place is good for it*

An ideal place as a base for exploring the city. You can leave your luggage before your room is available and after check-out. Rooms very small. The view from the window onto the side wall of the church is a bit overwhelming. Not the first new bathroom. I recommend it to everyone, I would gladly come back

There is no corridor for people with special needs 🧑🏼‍🦽👩🏼‍🦼 👎🏻 The room furnishings are bad compared to the prices and the service is very bad and the cleaning workers took my child’s blanket. I don’t know if it was theft or unintentional.
