We had room number 2 and it was too small for two persons. There was not enough room for two luggages and the bathroom was too small with no space to open correctly the door. Also the air in the room was wet and there was just a small window with no light. This room should be at a lower price than the others which look bigger and lighter.

Just lovely!! |Janette and Graham welcomed us without fuss, provided us with an immaculate room, gorgeous breakfast and appropriate banter ...not too pushy when it's early morning and nitcatvyour best but super friendly and helpful.||Definitely will stay again when visiting Edinburgh

The Adam Drysdale House is right in the center of Edinburgh. The rooms are nice and clean, the lovely hosts Janette & Graham are more than friendly and the scottish breakfast is delicious. We felt very welcome there.

We had a pleasant stay at the B&B. Service was great, Jennet and Graham were very nice and friendly. The home cooked breakfast was delicious and generous!The only improvement I would suggest is to have a chest of drawers or a desk in the room as there was no place to keep my make ups and toiletries in the bathroom nor bedroom. Otherwise the room is spacious and clean.Location is great too. A walking distance to the old town, the castle.
