We had a wonderful stay in this perfectly equipped, luxurious chalet! The accommodation is perfectly located for exploring Skye in all directions, yet wonderfully quiet. We had good weather most of the time, but the house is very comfortable even when it rains! The cottage is warm, cozy and very stylishly furnished. The high windows make it very bright and you have a wonderful view outside. The furnishings were new, modern and very comfortable and it was so clean that we felt like we were the first guests in this house. The sofa, armchair and bed were wonderfully comfortable! We didn't miss anything! When we arrived, a small welcome package was waiting for us (with wine, shortbread, bread, butter, eggs, milk...). The owners lived right next door and gave us a very warm and warm welcome shortly after we arrived - two extremely friendly, personable, warm people! Very helpful during our stay but not intrusive at all! We got lots of great hiking tips!We had a perfect stay and would love to come back again!Thank you very much for your hospitality, Evelyn and Duncan! All the best to you!

What a delightful apartment. The weather was not so good, but we felt fortunate to have booked this accommodation, as it was comfortable staying "at home". When I left, I wanted to take the shower and the bed with me, I loved both. There was nothing that was missing. You can feel the difference from other not privately owned accommodations from the TLC that was given to our stay. Including the welcoming bottle of wine, bread, fudge (delicious!) and other goodies. The chalet has a lovely porch, that we have not used, unfortunately, but I can imagine ending a lovely day on Skye with a glass of wine, enjoying the sunset.
