Brilliant spot at Tors Place! Would definitely use again and recommend to others. The room is a good size and excellent en-suite facilities. Easy self check-in and check out. Very generous spread of foods and hot drinks that come with the room, which was a really nice touch! The location is great too, as you can walk to the supermarket, local pubs and town centre in Portree in 5-10 mins. Thanks very much to the hospitality of Tors Place!

Extremely nice host, made our time in Portree and in Isle of Skye feel very homely and comfortable. There is a space with foot that the owner bought everyday for us , also a fridge and microwave. When we told him we were vegan, he started buying vegan products for us. He also borrowed us his phone when we needed and he got us by car from the bus stop. Lovely place, thank you for everything.

Wonderful host. There is a little kitchen space full of oats, teas, fruits, everything needed for breakfast. The place is clean and perfect for stay in the Isle of Skye. Feels like home.

First of all, an exceptional and kind welcome!Located in a housing estate, this guesthouse is slightly outside the center of Portree (¼ hour from market), but the good thing is that it is quiet.The room is well equipped, not very big but it is sufficient, the owner stocks the fridge before your arrival, the bed is comfortable… no false notes.This is where we understood that in June in Scotland, the sun rises (very) early, and sets late.Just one remark, the blinds don't completely obscure the view, which didn't bother me!

Hector is a fabulous host. The room was so well furnished and comfortable, and he had stocked the room fridge with meat, cheese and offered fresh fruit and veggies. He is very knowledgeable about the area, and happy to help make your stay wonderful.

Forgot to rate. I was there before pandemia , november 2019 and it was such beautiful place with great host. The man was funny and caring. He provided everything what we've needed. Room was clean and functional. If we go one more time to Portree I will only book this place for stay. Greetings!

Overpriced . £5 would have been the most I would have paid . If I'd known how small it was . £14 for an adult and only £ 2.50p discount for oaps I thought it extortionate . If I hadn't travelled so far to see it I wouldn't have gone in.

Totally forgot to rate. So sorry. Been there February 2020. Ig was an awesome stay. The host is such a nice and caring person. Been on hikes alone and he always checked, if I returned safely. He provided Snacks for my hikes.And fell in love with Oreo, the friendly and cuddly cat.It was perfect and I really like to return soon.

We were welcomed by a very nice owner, Hector, to a stay that turned out to be great. We have some food intolerances and he went above and beyond to provide us with proper food to suit our needs. The bed was good and the shower too. It is also walking distance to the town where all the stores and restaurants are.

B&B not reliable!I booked it and they cancel the booking without any reason some days before my trip, so i had to book another place (the just send an email informing you that is cancelled and don't help to find another solution)!!AVOID IT!!
